Got my third shot and the pharmacist messed up on my covid vaccination records . Removed my 2 nd dose in anaheim and listed 3 rd as my second . I called i waited on hold she finally answered and said ok fixed . i checked not fixed and called back now she says u call call 800 # . I say no u made the mistake u fix it or im reporting u to medical board . Not fixed i reported her and the tech that gave me the shot . How dare they put me to work to fix there mistakes so carelessly made .Its not like its a super busy pharmacy and she rushes way to fast and makes mistakes . So far my vaccination record os now inaccurate thanks CVS .

This is a review for the pharmacy itself, not the store. This pharmacy at this location is one of the worst Ive ever had to deal with and Ive dealt with many in my 30 years in healthcare. I unfortunately have to deal with these people for my mothers prescriptions. They question and second guess any new prescription from any of her doctors and have delayed her from getting her medication due to this on numerous occasions. They state that they will reach out and contact her physicians office and never do, or on the very few occasions that they have, they take a few days to do it. Recently I had asked to speak to the pharmacist regarding an issue that THEY had with a prescription, and I was put on hold for 15 minutes only to be refused in my request to speak to the pharmacist. Everyone that I have had to deal with on the phone at that pharmacy has been unhelpful and at times condescending and rude. I plan on transferring all of my elderly mothers prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Never has ex ready. Always a long line. And staff don’t know how to input birthday over the phone because their English is very poor.

Nice clean store. Customer service should be better.

I call and they hang up on me

Customer service is great when you are in the store, but when you are calling the pharmacy, Id give them one star. As I am writing this review, I am on hold...going on 26 minutes now. I just need to see what is covered for my patient. Ive been put on hold TWICE by a pharmacist, I know one of them was Kathy. They told me I need to hold for John so he can help me with coverage issues. Im still waiting for John. Going on 28 minutes now...

If I could give zero stars I would! They have the worst customer service, went to go get my prescription after being released from the hospital, my prescription wasnt there one of the staff, members called the hospital, well after I asked her to . She then hung up and said she couldnt get a hold of the doctor, while that was happening, i called and got a hold of the hospital just fine ! I had to leave the pharmacy because they where taking to long and I was getting severely sick . I called them back to figure out if my prescription was filled, another staff remember answered and was so rude, as I was explaining to her how rude the staff was she just cut me off and put me on hold ! I will never go there again I also asked for the manger who was not in and they said they would have her call me I havent herd anything since . I work in customer service and i would never ever treat a customer like that no matter how upset they where, you sympathize, apologies and make it right . You do not belittle, make them feel like they are a burden, and treat them with disrespect. I am younger then all of them and have better manners ! I hope they get shut down .

Its not great I try to stay in fountain valley for all my shopping and services, but this CVS pharmacy is slow, if I call they leave me on hold constantly unless I call back and demand that I get spoken too. Ive been with other CVS pharmacies in Costa Mesa (harbor blvd) and even though they have a higher volume of customers and are constantly busy, they are attentive and can get the job done. Its not easy working constantly and multi tasking on the job, but its possible. This staff needs a lesson in customer service and expediency.

Management here has been very rude for various reasons and never seems to have a care for their customers will not be returning.

This CVS is the worst in customer service, I would give a negative star if available. I was on hold for 15 minutes for the pharmacy. The girl came on then put me on hold for another 10 minutes. I want to support my local business but this store need to change management otherwise they will be out of business with this kind of service!

Bad service that provides and filled with meds. Medication are drugs that kills thousands and deadly each year. Project propublica is looked on google and we have the right to know corruption here. Vibe is dull and ignorant workers here. Waste of time to go here and mostly nothing natural on services.

Last time i went there. this Mexican manager has give me an attitude because my son was holding a balloon. i was going to buy for him. he took the balloon out my sons hand before he even asked if i want to buy it or not and give me an attitude. i did not like that at all. i thought that was just rude.finally when he asked i got upset and said no. he could asked nicely before he take it out my kids hand. he give my kid a blister hand because he was holding it really tight. he did not want to let go. I am customer and i should not be treated like this. He only did it because i am Asian

Store management is very customer focused. Great experience recently with a return.

THis place has the worst pharmacist working there... My son went un medicated because when I turned in his prescription she (Cathy) proceeded to tell me she was going on a lunch break. I understand she has to by law, except there was like 5-10 mins wasted where she could have filled it and left for lunch after. I come from a time where The customer comes first... This is not the only incident either. I didnt want to give any stars but had to so I could post this!

They dont keep shelves stocked. SLOW checkout. Broken fridge and water on the floor for a month. Reminds me of my Africa trip. Theres a rite aid two blocks south with better prices, stock....this CVS is doomed IMO.

Store is always clean. And the employees always smile.

Nothing special but its clean, well stocked, and the pharmacy often does not have a line. Watch out though the pharmacy closes earlier than the main store.

Clean, convenient and friendly staff

Just a regular cvs. Not busy. Sometimes understaffed feeling but not in any crazy way.

Thus is not a way to run a business. The company should have more employees to deal with clients They seem to be so pressed, and sometimes depressed,
