Stopped by at 10pm to cap off wonderful 4th of July weekend that ended Monday July 5. Google said BR closes at midnight but mistook that Main St location for Magnolia and Talbert. BR employee June was ready to close and OPEN light was just turned off. She offered to get our order done quickly which we really appreciated.

I usually love Baskin-Robbins, and I’ve been to this one a few times and each time they have a new worker. Only one. This time my milkshake wasn’t even blended all the way and we were the only ones in there so she wasn’t even busy. Honestly please just train your employees better

Today 12/23/2020 I came to ordered cake for my 6 years old daughter birthday. The man staff very friendly and helpful even no charge free candles. I definitely come back and recommend to all friends.

Ice Cream always taste good. They were out of the monster eye for my sons ice cream. But the truth is. He really only cared about the sprinkles.

There was a lot of us that came here spent almost $100 and I ordered a mint chocolate chip shake I tried to explain to the lady she put to much milk and can not taste the mint she started yelling thats the way its done with milk and so forth I told her you know its ok! She was saying hurry in so busy and I was like yes doing our order! Never Ive seen a mint shake not green! Never will I ever go here again! I wouldnt give 1 star but I needed to put 1 so I can leave a review!

I went today 01/28/2020, my last time. Never again will I ever get ice cream here. The lady charged me for 3 scoops and a kid cone. I got a chocolate dipped waffle cone with two scoops and 2 kid scoops. The lady got my cone with her hand- no gloves/ nothing just her dirty hand (she was cleaning!) she gave my son the wrong ice cream, my ice cream was melted (warm) and charged me twice! Dirty, rip off- do not go to this location! I tossed the order- waste of money.

I am on a budget and was charged wrong. I kindly told the lady and she acted as if she was too busy to fix it. I also did not like that she touched food without washing her hands, very upset I spent my money here or worse got burned. Im an older lady, you would think I would get a senior discount.

Its been 20 years since any BR, enjoyed a banana split due to hot weather. Memories!

A vietnamese worker at 3:48pm 09-06-19 gave me really small scoops. Every other baskin robbins gives a wealthy amount of ice cream. I paid 6 dollars for 2 regular scoops and it felt more like 2 kid scoops. Such a let down.Edit: she also touched my wafflecone with her bare hands.. and she was touching other objects prior to handling my food

Best 31 Flavors in the OC. Staff always super helpful and friendly. Also best prices on their ice cream, some shops in OC are too expensive.Update: Dropped to 1 star after todays visit. Cashier was clueless when the card reader hung while I was using Samsung pay. Advised her to cancel the transaction or reboot the pin pad. She then removed the items from the order instead of cancelling and rang up only the shake I was drinking and preceded to demand cash. I didnt have enough with me for the entire order so settled for some of the items. She then overcharged me for the Quart and did not give a receipt with a coupon. Oh well aint coming back anyhow. FAIL

This place has been here for a while and I have come here from time to time for my Baskin Robbins urges. It is your typical Baskin-Robbins nothing fancy and nothing negative about this place it is good 4 come and get your fix.

Ordered a cone with single scoop. The worker didnt use gloves and the ice cream was soft- almost melted. Disappointed. Should have went to Cold Stone or another location.

Fast and efficient

The man at the counter was very agitated and would not allow for sample scoops. He charged us for more than we bought and was nearly shouting every word at us, which we could hardly understand.

Was walking across the parking lot to get ice cream and they closed at 9:58 PM. Super disappointed.

The Vietnamese guy who works here was extremely rude, he yelled loudly at his customers to get their orders, unbelievable, someone should get him fired.
