I was looking for an independent jeweler to assist with a mother’s ring design. I made an appointment with Guy Ballard to discuss options for a 7 stone ring for 2 children, 3 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. We selected a beautiful setting for the seven stones, 5 of which I already had. The quality of the work is amazing, and Guy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Always feel like a valued customer even when my last visit was many years ago. One of my smaller diamonds jumped out of my wedding ring. Never had been a serious jewelry person but when when my wedding ring lost a diamond I brought it to Ballard and Ballard to get it fixed. Not only did they fix it but they also swapped out two of the stones so that my two daughters’s birthstones are in the ring now. Guy was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable!! I highly recommend Ballard & Ballard for their expert and friendly service. I took my everyday jewelry in to them - a jade pendant necklace, my wedding ring and band, and diamond studs. They were starting to develop rough edges and catching on clothes, towels, car seatbelts, etc. Glenn Ballard very thoroughly examined them and explained to me what he was seeing in high resolution on a large screen. Joyce cleaned all the pieces and Guy Ballard and another jeweler worked on them to take off the sharpness from the prongs and such. They no longer snag fabrics and are much nicer to wear again. I especially appreciated Glenns candid explanation during his examination of my most-cherished pieces of jewelry.

I took my wedding ring in to be repaired when the head broke off. They were sure to photograph my diamond so I felt comfortable leaving it. They also did a small soldering on my rings so that they did not flip around on my finger. It came out amazing! Looking better than before.I recently took a very old antique ring In to have it sized and once again they did a great job.They keep you up to date via text and are quick, have fair prices and are extremely nice.

Joyce & Guy performed a miracle on a necklace that other jewelers said they could not. We visited Ballard for the first time with a prayer that they could fix the chain I accidentally broke which I happened to be borrowing from a friend. It was a prayer answered as Guy had the chain fixed within 30 minutes. Amazing service, I will definitely be back when needed.

We’ve been using Ballard & Ballard for years as our Jewelry Store, and have always been totally pleased. I bought my wife a necklace that was custom made and we just picked it up today. As always it was beautiful and well done.

Today was a very special day for my husband and I. Two years ago I had a bad fall and broke two of my fingers and while I was concerned about those fingers I didn’t realize my ring finger was not broken but my wedding ring was damaged. Fast forward two weeks and the diamond fell out, I had no idea it was gone. One day I was driving, looked down and the Diamond was gone and the prongs to the setting was deformed and open, I felt sick inside. A year ago my husband presented me with my mother in laws wedding ring while his sister was visiting from Florida, and said I could take the diamond out of it because she passed away. Meanwhile Alan at Ballard and Ballard kept calling me and checking in to offer to help me - we had insurance on the ring for a year and forgot to renew it. At first I wasn’t comfortable using the diamond but today was the day I picked it up and they did a fabulous job at repairing the ring and using the diamond my husband gifted to me. The compassion and understanding at Ballard and Ballard was over the top. The other thing is I LOVE my ring it’s so gorgeous and I’m so happy - quality, craftsmanship and integrity beyond measure Thank you so very much!

I could not reccommend a place more and Im not related or a friend. I needed to repair a ring and a charm. I went to the jewelry exchange and right away they quoted me $500.00 to repair my ring. I googled another repair shop because I thought that was too high. I decided to go to Ballard because it was near my office. As soon as entered I was greeted by Guy who is extremely friendly. I immediately got a good vibe that this was an honest personHe repaired my ring and it looks brand new for $25.00. He repaired my charm for a reasonable price also. Very friendly and helpful. Had to have a ring cut off that was purchased from another jeweler. When I called original jeweler said they would not cut it off because of the liability and to go to the fire department or emergency room. I had purchased a necklace previously fromBallard Jewelers and called them up to see if they would cut the ring off. They were happy to cut the ring off and did it free of charge. I went there to get a ring designed for myself as Ive heard theyre the best in quality. I dealt with Guy Ballard and we were able to design the perfect ring for myself including all my favorite stones. The inlay job was perfect and we were able to put my family crest on it too, which I didnt think was possible. I would definitely go back again and send friends looking for something unique. Ballard and Ballard is quality work that everyone should check out. I love my ring that was made especially for me.
