This store has a huge selection of wood carving, wood turning, wood burning tools and accessories. The employees are very helpful and kind. And they also have a wide selection of wood.

The service was substandard though they were friendly when you made contact I was disappointed that the woodcraft store of orange county does not offer military or veteran discounts when when 47 other states Ive shopped did now. I know how California feels about thier vets I almost left my stuff on the counter and left 😡😡😡😡

Very nice and knowledgable staff that is there to help with your woodworking needs. I am fairly new to woodworking and they did make me feel like a dummy with the questions that I asked. Lots of specialized tools and woods that you will never see at Home Depot or Lowes.

Woodcraft is great. If you are a woodworker or turner this place is for you. They have a really nice selection of tools, an extensive line of finishing products and all the smaller tools that will make your projects perfect.

Good place for all things wood working! A little pricey on most things but the staff are all knowledgeable and helpful. The classes are also wonderful and informative and really helped me learn and get started with wood turning!

The place was dead just as the staff, I knew what I was going to get so I inquired where it was and Ipretty much found it myself, guys at the front desk just stayed there watching Trump videos on YouTube, I had some good salesmen at other woodcraft store, address me and sell the products besides what Im going in for, some dark corners in the store lack good lighting, find other more upbeat salesmen which are the image of the store, this is a place where passionate craftsmen come to shop.

Wow, people on staff who actually know what they are talking about?!

Purchased a hollow wood-screw extractor. Failed within 10 minutes of using the tool. In all fairness, the guy told me it was subject to failing. Problem is, it wasnt the part he warned me about that failed, (bending the tube) as a result of tightening the tool too much, the teeth broke off of the tool. A result of incorrect metal being used.

This is a place that has all the neat stuff. They have the hard to find tools and they sell quality tools and materials.

Horrible service. I called in to check an amount of stock and was given inaccurate information. I was told I should use curled maple instead of the roman olive I was looking for. I was also told that I my school was bad and that I should go to his cc instead. Only go here if absolutely neccesary
