This store is crammed full of parts and supplies, unlike some other half-stocked outlets. Guys are very helpful and professional. They even let me return some extra pieces I didnt need, without any attitude. Blows the doors right off the discount chain stores.

Beware, three Stooges inside. Probably the owner was one of them. They incompetent and rude. They said that I cant return in the store item purchased online. And they didnt like the packaging of the sensor ( item not touched, I just didnt need it !) No question asked and no problem whatsoever with return in McHenry Napa store located 13 minutes from them...

Perfect Example of POOR Customer Service!I called the Fox Lake Napa to inquire about having some rear wheel bearing pressed onto the axl rods for a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I had purchased bearings and seals thinking I would be able to replace them without realizing that I would have to have them done at a shop, they told me yes they press them on and it would be 30 dollars a piece.When I took the items in and placed the bearings on the counter the gentleman stated that they do not press on other peoples bearings and tried explaining it to me as would you take a Mcdonalds hamburger and grill it on your grill at home Really! So I was frustrated as I left and made a comment on how everything is a pain in the ass know a days, the manager jumped up from behind his desk and told me to take my attitude somewhere else he provides parts not a service, it was very evident from the two gentleman there and no one in the store that they do not do alot of business. Needless to say the manager and myself continued to argue and call each other names.I then took the same parts to Antioch Napa and was told that they would press the bearing on but in his experience they would crack, he stated that even up till a couple of years ago he would tell people to buy the bearings at the dealership due to quality of the metals. He convinced me to get the Napa brand bearings. If the gentleman at the Fox Lake Napa would have just taken a better approach and have a little customer service they would have received my money, instead the Antioch Napa is the better place with at least 10 to 15 people working there all willing to help with great Customer Service!!!
