Great location, great store which is well maintained and stocked very well. The staff is consistent and always there to help. There are always good sales and overall it is a great place to shop for all of your housing needs.

I used a mix of online coupons and printed coupons with the help of the customer service team. I bought more items that I needed anyway to make the quality items come out to a balance that didnt seem too high. With the cost of everything going up Im sure the staff was reasonable and I am happy with coupon discounts.

It was my first time in the store at this location. Its very nice very clean very neat. Some great products and prices. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Lack of workers, shelves not bad for stock, they didnt have what was advertised seems to be pushing UGG stuff more so than the other products.

Your standard Bed Bath Store. Not as large as the ones with a pantry though. This one is next to a A.C. Moore and Trader Joe’s. So do some other shopping while you’re here.

The BB&B in my neighborhood closed so I was excited to shop at the one available while visiting Foxboro. I was soon reminded why the stores are closing. They dont offer anything not available somewhere else at a much better price. I also never understood their 20% off ONE item coupon strategy. It forced me NOT to shop their unless I had a coupon and made sure I only purchased ONE item.

Nice and clean store. They tend to have more things in stock then some of the surrounding Bed Bath and Beyond Stores. The staff here is always friendly and both purchases and returns have been easy and efficient. There is a ton of parking, they are still cleaning between customers (as of Dec. 27th 2020) which is great, and hand sanitizer and cart wipes are available at the entrance. The bathrooms are clean and I feel comfortable using them despite Covid. It is also great that there is a Christmas Tree Shops, AC Moore, Trader Joes, Off Broadway Shoes, Petco, and Ulta in the same shopping center. Good location, just 5 minutes off of 495 and there is a Drive-Thru Starbucks nearby (as well as a couple of Dunks).

Huge store with a lot of selections. I can always find something I like or useful to do some home improvement. And I enjoy the shopping experience here. Great lighting, clean and tidy. People are helpful and ask what do you need or what kind of guide you may need.

The store was well stocked, clean, and orderly. The staff is very welcoming and available without putting pressure on the shopper. The staff also has helpful knowledge to offer when asked. Checking out was quick and again the staff was pleasant, stepping up to assist the shoppers where helpful.

This place is for women, not an old man like me. I did buy a toaster. Works great

FRIENDLIEST STAFF EVER! Every single employee that works at this location is so very helpful and kind. They actually care if you need help and will go above and beyond to help you find what you need. I was doing my bridal registry with my fiancé and Jane and Michelle went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable in every single department of the store. 10 stars for this location and their employees!

Walked the whole store @ 7:30 this evening, seen about 6 employees NOT 1 ACKNOWLEDGE ME!!! Was looking to buy a Expresso machine & bedding. Frustrated so I walked out. I guess Ill be shopping on Amazon for what I need.

Bravo for taking the time to help me. I purchased a sheet set online about a year ago. I planned to put them on after I finished painting the room but my mom died in the middle of it all. Time got away. I finally finished the room and put the new sheet set on the bed and the fitted sheet did not fit my 14 inch mattress. The package said would fit up to 15. The manager and I measured the pocket at 10 deep although the package siad it would fit up to 15 deep. She meticulously found my year old online orders and refunded my money. Thank you... the packaging was incorrect and they refunded me even after a year for the whole set. Appreciated.

Terrible customer service with an extra side of attitude. Wont be returning here ever. Price wrong based on the sign in front of product and they should be honoring THEIR mistake. When Im spending several hundred dollars in YOUR store you should be a little more polite instead of aggravated, argumentative and just plain rude.

Good variety of homewares and other house products, like towels and organizers. Usually good prices or great sales. They also carry lots of As Seen On TV novelty products, so if youre looking for those, this is the place. The staff is pretty helpful.

Picking up an online order does not work smoothly. Applying the usual 20% discount doesnt carry over like the website says it will.

The only toiletries items they have are the travel size ones. The store is smaller inside than most bed bath and beyond stores. I also didnt see many staff working inside.
