Pharmacy constantly out of prescriptions and best they can offer is telling YOU to call around and find another Walgreens that does and have your doctor call it in there or they can have it in 5 days earliest... Are they too broke to overnight something or to lazy to call around? incompetence is the real pandemic

At the risk of sounding like a total Karen, I just had a horrible experience at the Walgreens Pharmacy and I am wondering if the pharmacist-Kyle- is super condescending to everyone, or just me? Ill spare the boring details, but I was attempting to pick up a $350 vial of insulin in which I had used a manufacture coupon for last month- and they sent me to Needham, as Foxboro said they had it in stock. I drove there and they only had 2/3 per the coupon. Today I went to see if I could get the last one sent to Foxboro, and Kyle was rude, condescending, nasty, and told me no and this was Needhams problem now. He also stated I did you a favor by calling to see if another store had it- I could have not been nice and told you to wait 2 days until I could get it and walked into the back. I am assuming its his ignorance, but if that was the case, my 7 year old T1 diabetic daughter would be in the hospital- as she is a type 1 insulin dependent diabetic kid! The pharm tech also got very snarky- saying Ill just drive to Needham to get it. (not the point as they no longer have it there- but again- ignorance I assume). I was overall horrified by the way they treat people there. This isnt my first interaction with that pharmacist where he has been super nasty. We have to use Walgreens due to our insurance, but it is SO disheartening to have an experience like that. Am I the only one?

Samar was very helpful doing baby passport photos. She was patient and courteous and I would go back to see her for photos again!

Most employees are great, but recently found out there is a manager named Dave that not only stands around and reads magazines and is rude to customers, I found out he talks trash about the customers. Its nice to find out some managers dont care about the people that keep the store in business and give them a paycheck. I shop at this store 3-5 times a week. I will no longer be shopping here as long as he is still working here. I do not do business with a store that is gonna disrespect customers. He needs to be fired. I will now take my business to cvs and other stores. Even if that means paying more. Respect goes a long way.

The pharmacy refused to dispense nausea medication after a concussion. The hospital had to tell the abusive pharmacist to dispense the medication. Really disturbing experience. I threw up in car waiting on RX with my kid. Pride over patient advocacy....

Stopped in here twice recently as its on my way, and really appreciated the great customer service from Kamaria. Both times, she came over from what she was doing to greet me and help me to find the things I was looking for.

I called and they said that they had enough of a particular medicine. I dropped off the prescription and told them I would come back. I just got a text message from the pharmacy that the order is partially filled. 5 out of 301 The pharmacy had 2 opportunities to tell me that they did not have enough of the medicine and I would have gone somewhere else. they have wasted my time and they have shown me that going to CVS is the right decision. Stay away from Walgreens people

I travel 10 miles to this location because the pharmacists and pharmacy staff are friendly, competent and they know my name. Wouldn’t go anywhere else even if a Walgreens opened up right next to my house.

The young guy that works in the pharmacy was just incredibly rude and short with me over the phone regarding an issue with my prescription. Im sick of people (esp professionals like a pharmacist) not being respectful to customers. Dont work in retail if you cant fake it. Also, dont work in medicine if you cant be empathic.

The pharmacists are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.On edit: just had a good experience with tech Nathaniel, who was able to double-check something with my insurance, making my life easier!

Great pharmacists on staff. Always helpful and always work to save you money on prescriptions. Store is always clean and well stocked.

You need to give recognition to RAVIA(spelling)! We tried to find a motel in your area. Could not find it..RAVIA located the motel we were looking for..Gave us explecit directions and WE FOUND IT!! Such a wonderful employee you have..we are Walgreen customers here in Florida..We were on vacation to New England..Thank you

They act like theyre above you and no matter what time of day you come in, its ALWAYS a 30 minute wait. The front part of the store is okay but the pharmacy...go anywhere else besides here.
