They are both very knowledgeable and take the time to explain all your options for a new phone with your best interest in mind. I had a great experience at R wireless. Ryan Kane, the store manager, went over and above to help me replace my phone and trouble shoot issues on my end. He answered all my questions, was friendly, personable, professional, and went the extra mile to help me with our account. Was having a difficult time figuring out my parents fios bill and the gentleman I spoke with on the phone was very helpful.

My parents had gone to the Verizon store in Foxboro to purchase new phones for themselves. They went to the store 4 days in a row to get everything straightened out with them. The store manager did not take the time needed to explain everything to my parents to explore their options with them. When he did explain certain things to them he came across as condescending and spoke so fast that my parents could not fully understand what he was saying to them. My parents went on a Saturday to discuss options, they didnt have the phones my parents wanted and he had to go to Connecticut to get the phones and told my parents to come back on Sunday and the phones would be there. My parents went Sunday to find out that the store manager was not working that day and were not able to get their phones. They went back on Monday to get their phones. They left the store and their phones were not fully functioning. My mother and I went back to the store on Tuesday and spent almost three ours working with another associate(Chrissy, who was polite professional and very helpful and resolved what issues there were with the phones so we could leave with everything set up which should have been done on Monday). I am giving one star for the interactions with the store manager. Kaitlyn and Chrissy were very helpful to my parents. The store manager was rude. I had called on Monday and spoke to the store manager to explain the issue and he said he would look into it and call back in 20 minutes, well he never called back. Poor customer service on Ryan(store managers) part. Needless to say my parents will not be returning to that store. My parents wasted a lot of time to get everything right and are very upset by this. The store manager was not willing to price match the phones to the cheaper one found elsewhere(even though my parents had the option to purchase the phones elsewhere). My parents left unhappy with the service from Ryan. I forgot to mention that he turned the air conditioner on in the winter time without taking into consideration everyone else in the store at the time.

EXCELLENT service. Ty Lucas, Solution Specialist at the Foxboro location, was awesome! I went in very frustrated my phone was not working. He was so patient and understanding. He worked many hours trying to figure out a plan that worked for me and I am so appreciative. He was honest and communicative. I highly recommend you see him if you have any issues!! The other specialists were very helpful to the other customers as well! Thank you again!!

I have nothing but great things to say about R-wireless -- specifically Ryan Kane who went above and beyond to find the best phone for me, get it into my hands quickly and set it up it up fast way. My toddler son broke my phone right just days after we welcomed a new baby and in a pandemic. I was panicked about not having a mode to communicate. Ryan gave incredible customer service and made what I expected to be a stressful experience easy at a time we really needed it. He gets the very best marks.

Ive been coming to this Verizon location close to my home for a few years now . Ive never had a bad experience, always very helpful and pleasant. Even if they are busy they give me a solid answer of when they can help me or where I can go if they cannot help me. I recently worked with Ty and he was very helpful, even when he was helping me a few people called the location and came in, he was able to help direct them while helping me. If you have to replace your screen, get a new phone, or need some accessories stop by to see Ty who can help with anything!

I have frequented this location so often literally the staff recognizes me. I wanted to specifically thank Jeff the store manager for his diligence, kindness and most importantly his patience. I have experienced firsthand and witnessed his work ethic with customers and his staff. I actually planned on cancelling my Verizon account until I visited this particular location. He encouraged me to give him and his staff the opportunity to resolve my issues with Verizon and I HAVE to reiterate he was the reason I decided not to cancel my phone services. Lastly he treats every customer and each one of his staff members with respect and integrity. He leads by example. That is unfortunately a rarity today.

One of the best experiences I have ever had when purchasing a new phone. My 1st encounter was with Mike and he was extremely helpful when fixing a phone which had not been working for weeks. Because of how helpful Mike was I returned a couple of days later to make a purchase.Ibrahim assisted me upon my return and I did not make it easy for him. Because of the bad experiences I had in the past I had a million and 1 questions. Ibrahim remained patient and answered each one of my questions. He consulted with a coworker to ensue I got the right answers. He explained thing to me until I understood them and ensured we were on the same page. I have been to a lot of different Verizon stores and this is the best one yet hands down! They dont try and sell you something you dont need just to make a sale. They explain everything and make it so simple. I delt with Nate but I noticed everyone else here is friendly and helpful!

Bill was amazing! He spent well over an hour answering our questions, getting our new phones set up, putting on liquid glass, showing us the differences between the new phones and old ones, and showing us how Bixby works. We drove from Acushnet (a 40 min drive) because this Verizon location has unbelievable positive write ups and every word is true...Bill (and Im sure every one else here) is knowledgeable, helpful, patient and efficient! Highly recommend!

It wasnt busy at all this late.morning. I returned my inlaws set top boxes, and, asked to see Samsung 10e, for comparison purposes to my 7 Active. The clerk pointed to an iPhone xe display and said it was about that size, the 10e was in back.

Long story short, the District Manager at this store saved a Verizon customer.I have been a Comcast customer for many years, I decided to switch and was told that I could use my own router. As it turns out, with the new equipment, I couldnt use my router and the District Manager made it right. Im not sure he realized it at the time, but I was fed up enough with sales / support that if he wasnt helpful, I was switching back to Comcast. I couldnt recommend them enough.
