My tires pressure got low when I was driving to work. So I went there to add air and got my oil changed also. Greatly appreciated for offering service without an appointment. It took around an hour and I assumed that was fast! I’m not sure if other places do that also, but they did an inspection for my car and explained the car condition with an inspection checklist, which is very helpful. They also explained the oil levels and what kind of oil I’m getting to me. Strongly recommend this place.

I recently purchased a car online and needed a mechanic to thoroughly check the vehicle. I honestly expected less than perfect service, an overpriced diagnostic fee and a cranky mechanic (from my previous experiences with mechanics and having been in the Auto industry several years) Boy! was I very very wrong.DANA and his team are the epitome of customer service! They thoroughly checked the vehicle and provided me with detailed outline of absolutely everything brakes, tires, electronics. They were incredibly respectful, honest and genuine all around. Stopped by Monro Auto for windshield wipers. Dana didn’t have in stock what I needed. He sent me to auto zone for the wipers - we tried to put them on at home but couldn’t. I stopped by Monro and asked Dana for help. He was great and got the wipers on in less than a minute.Dana was so accommodating and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to get my car serviced there!

Customer service is fantastic. We had a flat tire on the Mass Turnpike. I called Monroe and spoke with Dana. He checked and had a replacement tire in stock. I told him we would be there as soon as we put the spare on. We rolled in and Dana was waiting for us. He took the car right in and changed the tire.We were on the first day of vacation coming from Pennsylvania., Dana got us back on the he road quickly. Everyone was fantastic . We used this location for years but went in another direction when the customer service fell by the wayside. Found myself in a pinch and decided to give it another shot and am happy to see that the customer service was excellent again! A bit of old school service and personal approach that is hard to find now days.Dana was great to work with. I had an issue with my tire and they helped diagnose the issue and offered to get a new tire quick. It turns out I had a warranty at the shop that did my tires, so I didnt use Monro in this case. They handled the situation extremely well.I will be sure to visit them for any issues I have in the future. Dana told me they can do just about anything with cars, so I wont limit it to tires.

I recently had a flat tire, and Dana was extremely accommodating. I was able to get service on my vehicle really quick! While I was at the service center, Dana was really transparent, and professional. He kept me updated in regards to my vehicle frequently. It also turned out that my flat tire was not due to a faulty tire, but a leaking tire valve. From experience, other service centers would not give you this information and have the customer pay for a new tire anyways. During my visit, I also got a complimentary inspection, and their tech (Lazarus) was able to point out a component in my engine that was on its last wheels! Overall, I would recommend this service center for the fantastic transparency, customer service and quality of service! Thank you!

Overall great experience, I work for a Auto Parts manufacturer and went in for a quick visit. Dana the manager was extremely knowledgeable and the questions he asked revolved around how our product could benefit HIS customers. You can tell he is very customer orientated and eager to do what it takes to do what is right by them.

He looked up what type of oil is recommended for this vehicle. He took time to explain the difference between the oils and did NOT just push me into the most expensive oil like some other places would. I already knew which one I wanted ahead of time.After the oil change he went over the inspection sheet in detail to let me know what they found and what I should consider getting done due to tread life and brake life left.Excellent service all around.

I’ve had my 2004 Honda serviced by these folks several times. Fortunately I work nearby and can drop it off. They’ve always rendered good service and the prices are very reasonable. Other mufflers I’ve had to replace yearly. Theirs last!

A giant thank you to Dana (manager) and his crew. I realized that our family car had a tire with low pressure on a Friday evening on a holiday weekend and we were headed out on a trip Saturday afternoon. All the area tire places had no open reservations for Saturday morning. Another area Munro that was also booked advised me to check with the Framingham Munro. Dana was able to get me in and get my tires fixed (they found another nail in a 2nd tire!) and out quickly Saturday morning. Dana was most pleasant to talk to and Im very appreciative of their service!

100% satisfied with the service. I called before to find out if they could help me by 6 pm to change one tire damage and they said come on down, I also made my exhaust another day and it was perfect. We were fortunate to discover Monro Auto Service during an engine emergency on the highway. We were unfamiliar with the area and far from home, but close to their exit and stopped in late on a Friday. It would be an understatement to say we were taken care of by both Dana and Tony, they were exceptionally generous, kind, professional, and efficient. They went out of their way to make time for us during a busy night (& on a Friday nonetheless) and we would not only go out of our way to be serviced by them in the future, but also to recommend them to others.

I went in to get some work done on my Honda Accord. I needed new tires, brakes, brake fluid, tune up, and oil change. Dana, the manager, did a great job welcoming me into Monro and assisting me. I went in for an oil change the other day and Dana and his team had me in and out real quick. Dana made me feel real comfortable with the whole process; he wasnt like a normal snake oil salesman trying to sell me on air filters and stuff like that. He presented me with a detailed report afterwards that made me feel confident with going back if I have any other car issues moving forward.

Dana and his team got me out of a jam. Jiffy Lube had stripped my screw for my oil pan. Dana diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered me another part for the next day, and got the stripped screw off, changed my oil, and installed a new bolt. They did all of this cheaper and quicker than Jiffy Lube does, I will be going back to Monro going forward!

Very good experience, went in with a suspected brake pad issue. They did a full car check and found nothing wrong, so did not change pads/charge me. I appreciate the integrity of doing the right thing vs trying to make a couple of bucks on something that was not needed. Also Dana at the front desk was delightful.

What a savior! I’m very lucky to find this location! I was driving from Worcester and I heard some noise under my cruiser. Thankfully I was passing by Monro Auto and I pulled over. I spoke with the manager and told him how I heard this odd noise under my car. Without hesitation he asked questions about it and took my car for a drive. After doing so, he decided to lift it up to check the bottom. Come to find out a sheet of metal was stuck underneath my FJ cruiser! To have such a friendly and helpful attitude about this made my day! Thank you so much for all your help!

Brought in some odd sized internet tires to mount on some old rims for my trailer, they helped me out. Took a little longer than expected because the tires were a weird size and they had to borrow a bead blaster from the Ashland store to convince the tires to mount. Still got em done same day though!Manager is also great to chat with about getting into the outdoors for skiing, camping, hiking, etc :)

I went in for an inspection on my new/used car. Dana Lee and his staff diagnosed a headlight that had, at one time, been Jimmied and cut wiring and a wrong bulb was placed which led to melting of the housing, accompanied by smoke. Car was rejected for safety failure, and Dana wrote a detailed report for Dodge to replace with correct bulb/wiring. He emphasized the danger of driving car this way. Thank you, Dana.
