Absolutely love this place. Would give them 10 stars just because they make coffee ice cubes! Thank you for being amazing and bringing greatness to Framingham. The bagels and sandwiches are delicious and I love seeing the big water basins when walking in. So cool the water makes all the difference ❤💛🤎

Absolutely delicious turkey sandwich on light rye. Not your typical deli processed turkey but real freshly carved turkey. On top of that, their half moon cookies are truly the best I personally have ever had.

Being a big foodie myself I had seen NY Bagel Factory pop up on many of the food pages I follow on Facebook and knew I had to try it. So on a chilly Saturday morning I had a hankering for a bagel stuffed with cream cheese and knew I had to take the drive. The customer service was great, they were extremely friendly and welcoming right when I walked in the door. They have a huge variety of bagels, toppings and cream cheeses. Also a menu with breakfast sandwiches and a lunch menu too. I decided to order a sesame bagel with avocado, tomato and scallion cream cheese. It was exactly what I expected. Fresh ingredients on a bagel stuffed with cream cheese and toasted just right. They also had muffins and cookies that looked amazing and gigantic. I really have to say Im highly impressed by this spot. Granted I only went once but I cant wait to go back and try some other combinations and flavors and purchase a cookie or 4. Hehe

Was in town had to stop by The name changed but the taste didnt best bagel place around great coffee and now they have almond milk 😋 Def would highly recommend the workers are very friendly as well 👌

We go out of our way to visit on the weekends, as the bagels are the best around! Boiled and perfectly crunchy on the outside but chewy on the inside - not bready. They also have a great selection of coffees, including flavored iced coffees that are brewed with flavor, not with added syrup - get it with the coffee ice cubes which don’t dilute the drink!

Food is delicious when they make it right. If there’s an issue with the order they don’t let you know or call you to confirm. Otherwise this place is great.

Delicious bagels and breakfast sandwiches! They have a nice little cafe area to sit in and enjoy your breakfast and coffee. You can even look through the window and see their very cool bagel-forming machine at work. The whole bagel making area is visible and its neat to watch the bagels get made.

Bagels were fresh. Hard on the outside soft inside the way they should be.

Disappointed as I came in starving 20 minutes before closing. Couldn’t order a sandwich so figured I would get a bagel toasted, only to find out their kitchen is closed already….. when I asked for cream cheese on what would be my cold bagel I was informed that she couldn’t put it on it but only on the side. Again aggravated I figured I could just do it, only for them to also refuse to slice my bagel.They should change their hours if they are going to refuse to make a standard bagel, this is a bagel shop after all. I would give this place no stars, the kid in the closed kitchen made it very clear they were annoyed with needing to make a side of cream cheese. Very disappointed, close when you say you close or change the hours on the door.

These bagels are among Boston’s finest, besting even local shops in Brookline. The salt bagel is crazy salty; I wouldn’t change anything about it but don’t eat too many of them at once.Their Seaport bagel sandwich is my go-to... I usually don’t crave lox but it’s the right balance of creamy and salty and smoky and meaty.Their crown jewel, though, is the ice coffee- they have bomb coffee that they MAKE THE ICE CUBES WITH so it never waters down. The coffee magic just goes on and on. Love it!

Great bagel shop with pretty large menu. I dont recommend their egg sandwich since they cook their eggs microwave style, but everything else is on point.

I love NY Bagel Factory, best bagels in metrowest IMO. Used to be Brooklyn Bagels but it changed hands. So grateful the bagels did Not change!Service can be slow but I dont care. Always friendly, always great bagels, and nova lox!! Really good system in place all year to manage for Covid, so at this point, just do take out. They have a few tables, not my preference.Go early, they have breakfast/lunch hours,and the bagels are even better warm from the oven!!

Fantastic classic bagel shop. The best bagels in the Greater Boston area and competes with NYC area bagels. Highly recommend.

AWESOME bagels and the ice coffee is a killer

Doesn’t taste like NY bagels at all, they forgot salt pepper ketchup and eggs were watery and just weird. Wouldn’t recommend.
