Nicole is a clear expert and is terrific at her craft. Setting up the appointment online was easy. The location is central in beautiful downtown Holliston. The massage itself was one of the best Ive ever had: well-paced, thorough, balanced. I made my next appointment on the way out. Note that it is a no-tipping establishment, and online gift cards are easy to purchase. A wonderful and relaxing overall experience.

Hit or miss on stuff. always worth checking out though. store is always clean looking and stock seems to rotate decently, especially seasonal stuff. customer service is always good here for me. i think pricing could be more competitive, so for some big ticket items id shop elsewhere, e.g. furniture

I really like this store as I find something new everytime and exciting to buy for a rundown price. They really have good collection of decorative pieces, furniture, unique kitchenware, rugs, paintings and much more. You will really find some awesome deals for things you didnt expect to buy but cant afford to miss it. Just give it a try.

Clean store, good selection, changes with seasons/holidays with a ton of options! Staff werent the most helpful though, which was disappointing when we were making some larger purchases. But the products we bought were good quality, which is what really matters!

Seems decent for small items and their inventory is always changing.However, my experience trying to buy a large piece of furniture was horrible. Their employees were completely untrained to handle furniture and basically ruined it trying to load it into my car dragging it on the ground. When the item couldnt fit their only offer was to hold it for 2 days while I find my own delivery truck? What furniture store doesnt provide a home delivery service? What a joke.Ill stick to buying furniture online with free shipping.

This place has it all. Its better then homegoods but they are owned by the same company. When I need something different I go here. They have higher end items, a full line of lighting. A full selection stools, some sofas, beds and extra large pictures and mirrors..I did leave out the also carry a lot of different large size rugs. I definitely choose homesence first over homegoods because they have higher dollar items at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this place to all, trust me you will not be disappointed.

Went here to get a lamp and I was blown away by the selection and prices. They have such unique pieces that can fit any budget or style. The associates are great to work with and really have an eye for design. You can tell them the style you are looking for and they can point you in the right direction. I highly recommend going here for any decorating shopping and you wont be disappointed.

It looks like a thrift store. With they warehouse feel and metal shelves... Eh.The employees on the floor were not friendly. I tried talking to two of them while I was shopping...I had a few questions...they couldnt get away from me fast enough. I felt like I was bothering them.The cashier, however, was very pleasant....the only pleasant part of my experience.I wont go too often if ever again. It was a real disappointment.

I go there fairly often and they honestly need to put on better radio and different songs because I hear the same exact playlist every single time I go there, I wonder how the workers tolerate that. Two of the managers are annoying as well, Im not sure how he got the job. But the store itself isnt bad, some items really have good prices. I wish it was bigger.

I went to the grand opening, which was PACKED! But even then, I was able to get through every isle, with a shopping cart and baby, just needed some patience. I mean, it was the grand opening, so probably 5x as many shoppers at any given hour than usual. I was hoping for a little more furniture in this new concept store but was otherwise very pleased with what they had to offer! I only bought 2 items that first day but am already planning to go back today (9 days later) with my spouse to shop for more, as there was so much I liked that first day! This store has a lot of promise and will clearly become an excellent home store with reasonable prices as they open more locations!Update: my second trip was excellent as well! Found plenty of stuff we liked, bought some more, got some great ideas, and will be back yet again as we continue to furnishing and decorate our new home.

Stopped in for the first time today and I was happily overwhelmed. There is SO. Much.stuff. couches and chairs, mirrors and wall art. Pillows and drapes galore. And thats just the perimeter. Its filled with knickknacks and paddywacks and gifts for your best friends mothers brother. So. Much. Stuff.

Fun store, very similar to HomeGoods but with more art and window treatments. I love the TJX stores so I do like this store but was disappointed that they not only didnt have items depicted in a recent email, but the staff had no idea what was in the email or whether they had the items shown. Still, great for gifts and cute office supplies.

Nice store big clean and organized

I cant believe TJ Max, Marshalls and Home Sense all together dont have the merchandise one Marshalls store in Puerto Rico. What is yhe reason behindbthat I dont know. But it is wild to me that I couldnt find the most basic things that Marshalls does have in Puerto Rico. Managers or region managers needs to step it up. You could be doing a whole lot better in sales if you follow in the footsteps in whoever is making the decisions on Puerto Rico.

Was extremely disappointed. Its a dis-organized, over-priced mess and the employees all looked miserable and unapproachable. Was also extremely packed on a weekend and was not a comfortable environment as you cant peacefully browse the aisles without people shoving you out of the way. Drove over a half hour to check it out and didnt even stay in the store for 10 minutes. Stick to Home Goods!

Meh...will not replace Home Goods for me. Lots of tables and rugs. Little housewares. Lamps were nice but only one of each style. Useless. If you need something extravagent ...form but no function you might be pleased.

Place was amazing, it was Homegoods on steroids. Prices were great, staff were friendly. This place is owned by Marshalls, TJ Max, Homegoods company.

Wide selection, including many unique items

Let me start by saying I love tjx stores. About 80% of everything in my home is either from marshalls, tjmaxx, home goods or Sierra trading Post. With that said I wanted to love home sense. I was so excited for it. I have now visited around 10 times and I have not liked the store once. I always say I wont be back but then I give it another try. The staff is beyond rude. They treat customers like they are an inconvenience. I have visited on busy Saturdays and quiet Wednesday evenings and I always hear the staff complaining. One time I heard one employee yell to the other we have to bring up the chair for that old lady. The other replied which one as he headed to the back. The response was just look for the fat old lady. Another time I was interested in an ottoman that was on the top shelf. I went all the way to the register to ask if someone could take it down so I could take a look at it. I was standing in line at the register while two cashiers stood around complaining that they didnt get enough hours that week. When they finally saw me standing there I asked about the ottoman. They both just blankly stared at each other and then said well what do you want to know about it. I said I would like to see it to see if I like it. They said they can only take it down if I am going to buy it. I am not sure how I am suppose to know if I want to buy something if I cant see the price, feel the fabric, or look at the item.
