Came here a while ago to fix a flat tire on my bike. When I dropped off my bike I asked him how long it’ll take and he said “I’m not God I can’t predict the future”. Weird answer for a reasonable question. But whatever… I was not in a hurry so I left my bike and went home. I got a call two hours later saying that the bike was fixed. I went to pick up my bike. I rode my bike maybe 0.1 miles and the tire was flat again. Whatever… it happens. I thought nothing of it and I took my bike back to him the following day to fix the flat tire. He fixed my tire, called me when it was ready and I picked it up. But the same thing happened. I rode my bike maybe 0.1 miles and the tire was flat again. Maybe it was a freak accident or maybe I rode my bike on something sharp twice in a row or maybe he over inflated my tire - I don’t know. But after my limited unpleasant interaction with him and having already previously read some negative reviews and his response to the negative reviews it was clear to me that he does not respond well to being critiqued. To him, whenever there is a problem/dispute, it is always the customers fault - the customer is always wrong. I didn’t feel like spending another $20 at his store so I took my bike to Landry‘s in Natick to get it fixed no issues with the tire since then. I expect there will be some sort of snarky response from the owner to this review telling me how this was all my fault, but it doesn’t matter. Just because you have a lot of satisfied customers, it doesn’t invalidate the negative experiences of your unsatisfied customers. Good luck.

I had an excellent experience here! I broke my shift cabling on the way to work. I stopped by after work (~4:45pm). The owner put my bike on the stand, recabled, and had me on my way before close (6pm)! Professional and very affordable!

Cisco’s knowledge of bikes, and his resourcefulness put me back in the saddle. My road bike frame cracked, the wait for a warranty replacement new frame during the pandemic is over a year. Cisco rebuilt a frame I had found in storage, with some Campagnolo parts I had, and he was able to source the other parts, or had them in hand. I’m back out on the road, enjoying my “new to me” bike. Thank you Cisco!

Owner is extremely rude. Was charged $33 more than the estimate. Was told it is just an estimate and he is 3 times cheaper than Landrys. I think not and Landrys would do a better job. Maybe they should call The customer to say it is going to cost more instead of the surprise when we pick up the bike? Got call that bike was ready on Monday, a holiday so was unable to pick up. They are closed Tuesday. Got rude call Wednesday that he would charge $15 a day if not picked up by Friday. I have classes Mon thru Friday 9am till 6pm so tough to pick up during those hours. Got someone to pick up for me and he was rude to them as well. Should not treat customers like that. Will NEVER go there or recommend anyone go there ever again!!!

The first time I called a little over a year ago, I had a great experience. I was looking for some 26er mtb tires and the owner was very helpful in telling me what he had. I called a few days ago thinking i would have a similar experience. However, the attitude of the individual on the phone was somewhat poor. When I asked a question about bottom brackets, he tried to tell me that I could run a bottom bracket that I very clearly could not run with my crankset. When I tried to clarify, he continued to talk over me while I tried to explain exactly what I was looking for. Its a nice shop, just a bad experience the second time around which is the reason for the 3 stars. Everyone else on here seems to have had a good experience though, so it seems that many people have good luck here. .

As others have pointed out. Go to Landrys or any other bicycle shop in the MetroWest. Any other! This place should be avoided like the plague due to the rude, belittling, and patronizing owner. Also extremely limited selection, unless youre looking for a used bike thats 30 years old for $500. Umm what?

Cisco is very honest and hardworking! If you want your bike in the hands of an expert, hes your guy. Many of my patients have had great experiences here, and I myself have been seeing Cisco for mountain bike related services. Cisco has such a passion for this industry and you can tell this from the way he talks about his business and cycling as a sport. We refer everyone here because of my great experiences at his shop, and because he is a warm and pragmatic business owner!

10-30-2020 brought my bike for a repair and the repair guy told me that the frame was broken without looking at the bike. I told him where do you see the frame broken. then he took a close look at the bike and told me that it wasn’t the frame and that it was the gear compartment. I told him from the beginning. then he said he wouldn’t put hands on it. very unprofessional and he was very rude. I said OK I’ll have to try to figure it out. as I was leaving I said oh and the frame is broken. Then he unleashed a bunch of F**** bombs on me! very unprofessional as being a business owner he should’ve kept his composure. sticking to Landry‘s! route 9 Natick ma.

Even though Ive been riding on the road for 25 years, when I walk into a bike shop I usually feel intimidated. And over the years the staff at the bike shops have done little to make me feel any differently. Not so at N+1. A friend recommended this shop because they specialize in Bianchi. Cisco was very welcoming and helpful. And very responsive. With 2-3 week turnarounds at every other shop, Cisco replaced my broker derailleur the same day. I cant imagine hed promise same-day turnaround all the time but this was a great first impression. He also broke my will and got me to buy the new bike Ive wanted for many years. I got the perfect bike. And, as always, there are some tweaks to be made and he stood by the sale until it was just as I needed it.His passion for the sport is contagious but not condescending.Treat him fairly and hell treat you fairly. Dont show up with the part you bought from Amazon. Theres nothing better than supporting a local business, just as he does with his neighboring businesses.Ive been trying for years to build a relationship with a local bike shop. I think Ive found the place!

Stay away from this place.Owner is really rude and short tempered. He have no people skill at all. Looking at the positive reviews i took my bike for repair at this place. It was the biggest rip off i faced. I showed my bike during my initial appointment and owner told me a price which was high enough but he said he does good work. At the time of pick up up he added another 35$ to the repair and when i asked him why he became angry and threw tantrums.I paid the price of a new bike for a broken gear repair.I will never recommend this place to anyone. Such a rip off.

Had two bikes tuned up here - initial experience was good. Bikes were ready in a timely manner and owner was friendly enough. One of the bikes needed front and back tire repairs (new tubes). First ride was a light spin in our driveway upon which the back tire and tube immediately came off the rim. Called thinking that the owner would be happy to have us back in to take a look (obviously this is not normal)....not so fast! His main objective was to make sure I knew it was my fault for not pumping the tires (that he himself filled just a few weeks prior when we picked the bikes up) and that he would be charging me to fix (FWIW, at no point did I mention that I expected him to do it for free). In the process he was rude, pompous and condescending. Way too many other options in the area to deal with that kind of treatment! AVOID!!

Today i left my drs.office with a flat on ky bike, since i cannot walk i rode to the shop on the flat not realizing he was closed today. I phoned the store and left a messege that i was stranded apt his shop. Instead of telling me to come back wednesday cysco left whatever he was doing and came to the shop on his day off too help me out. Not many people i know in this day would have cared enough but cysco made a point of opening up just to fix my flat. If i could i would give him 10 stars but 5 is the max. Thank you again cysco. Hes got the eye of an artist and the hands of an engineer, always balancing your needs with your budget.
