We had an excellent experience buying our runner rugs for our 2 sets of stairs at Landry and Arcari. Breanna helped me through choosing the right option by considering the style we wanted and our price point/budget. Throughout the decision making period, she continued to respond quickly to my questions. Additionally, after receiving our rugs, she helped facilitate minor corrections to the cuts of the rugs with a quick turnaround. Also worth mentioning is that the lead times were also manageable which I was worried about going into this process. I highly recommend buying your rugs here.

Breanna and the entire staff were so incredibly helpful and patient (since I did not know what I wanted!) They offered suggestions, keeping within my price range and not trying to up-sell which I really appreciated. The delivery team was amazing, they set the pads and rugs in place, and even offered to help put the furniture back in the rooms. Now that is what I call 100% complete customer service at its best. Today, April 3rd 2018, I called for information regarding having my Tibetan rugs cleaned. My call was transferred to Ben. I asked what the charge per square foot would be and he replied $2.50 to $3.50 per square foot depending on what you look like. I inquired about moth protection and was told it would be an additional .90 cents per square foot. I live 1.2 miles from the Natick store. I asked if there was a pick up and delivery charge and was told it was $225.00. I previously called Dover Rug where I have had my rugs cleaned in the past. The charge is $3.00 per square foot and it doesnt matter what I look like. Moth protection is an additional $1.50 per square foot and there is no charge for delivery or pickup and I live 3.5 miles away from their location. I commented to Ben that I thought the charge for pick up and delivery was a bit ridiculous but he didnt seem to care as he didnt offer to overcome the objection. With that said, I didnt particular care for the depending on what you look like comment regardless of how funny he was attempting to be. If he knew me he could probably get away with that comment but since he doesnt I thought it inappropriate. The pricing per square foot was vague, the delivery / pickup charge is outrageous considering the competition doesnt charge and the only thing I see here is a better price on moth protection. I thought maybe where Landry & Arcari was relatively new to the Framingham / Natick neighborhood I could consider doing business with them but I dont see any reason to change doing business with Dover Rug.
