Always a pleasure working with Richard. He is kind, courteous, and always helps with a smile and a laugh. I dont have to go often, but every time I go, Im treated like I was in last week. They are doing it right there. Great experiences with all staff!

I had a great first experience with Target Optical. Dr. Yuen knew exactly what she was talking about and what to look for when examining my eyes. She was friendly and professional. Rich was also extremely helpful, knowledgable and friendly. Overall awesome experience, ill gladly come back for my next eye exam.

I’m not sure where all these negative reviews are coming from but I recently stopped by this location looking for new frames and experienced the most amazing customer service to date! Richard and Susan both helped me and made me feel very welcome. They were both very personable and not pushy at all when it came down to choosing. I would completely recommend this place for purchasing glasses and avoid LensCrafters like the plague!

Super nice on the phone, easy to book an appointment but you try to call them to cancel, no one picks up the phone. Called several times. It finally picks up and beeps..No way to leave a voicemail. I was trying to show common courtesy and cancel but I cant reach anyone or even leave a message. Thanks but no thanks

They gave my appointment away!!! I called to confirm the time for my appointment the following day and was told It was made a year ago so we werent sure if you were coming. It is booked for someone else now. Would you like to reschedule? What!?! Horrible way to do business. Ive been going there for over 5 years.

Fab place to take the kids. Limited selection of frames, but good quality and great prices. The optician doesnt take the red card but does AAA for the eye test. AAA discount for frames and lenses is 20% but the kids deal is better without using it. Frames were ready within a week and fitted great.

I was thoroughly impressed with the staff of Target Optical. They were detailed in explaining my situation, offered a variety of options and worked diligently to find the cheapest solution to getting my glasses. With a place that has the same parent company as LensCrafters, youll find that theyre much less expensive with the same great product.

Just went in looking for new pair of lenses, didnt get any help from anyone in the optical they were just chilling there talking to each other but never ever asked me if i needed any help choosing frames or anything left the store without getting any lenses there, they dont even care....

The guy that talked to me was very kind and friendly. It is tucked back in the corner past the pharmacy and I had no idea it even existed until I looked around the target website to see if they had optical services anywhere! I didnt end up getting my frames there though, I looked at many places before finding a pair I liked, but thats nothing to do with this location.

Unprofessional. Had an appointment scheduled for an year. Received a text confirming email. Show up for appointment and they act surprised to see you and say they need to reschedule. A professional firm would call to reschedule, even 30 min before would have been sufficient to not leave work to get there for an appoint.

Simple process. Opticians were helpful all the way from selecting a frame to delivery.No complaints.

I have had 2 par of glasses made there, one complete set of multifocals, and a par a lenses multifocal for a frame there i already had, firt the doctor prescription came out wrong, second they agree to remake with another doctor prescription, but still the lenses are bad quality and they changed the natural curve of the frame that i bought there, in both cases i explain at near Exhaustion the problem and i was assured that it would not happen again, it did came out wrong again, now i am going to have the lenses remade in a local store, so lost 800.00 on the process, will never go there againBe aware they do not sell the best quality lenses, just the run of the millBad experience

The Optician always interrupt your answers even though she asks (try to rush?) and somewhat rude.
