I love Michaels. I shop there multiple times a week to support my crafting addiction. Its my go-to for everything crafty except fabric.
I had the best experience shopping there this morning. My mission was to convert wire earrings into post back, never having done this before. Totally clueless! I now need to do a shout out to Lucas and Judy who pointed me in the right direction and helped me complete my mission. Thank you Lucas for your awesome eyesight and Judy, for jumping in and helping us look.
Clean store. Well organized. And I was happy to see a guy working there for a change. Its usually 100% women.
First time in here since the relocation to Shoppers World. Im not too crazy about the store set up and I felt like the old layout was great the way it was. It also feels a bit more cramped. It was hard to find a parking spot and that was never an issue before either.
I feel the Michael used to be better before!Still good place to go!
Staff did not offer any help and would rather talk amongst themselves than offer assistance. One male employee looked at me multiple times and proceeded to walk the other direction. Store is a downgrade from the old location, i wish they had kept this store as the same set up. Much less product and confusing setup. Cashier was kind and pleasant though.
An excellent store for arts and craft supplies with a nice section for childrens boxed crafts. There are always discount coupons on their app.
Wonderful. Clean. Friendly staff. I will return!
Staff always sharing best ways to save with app and coupons! Helpful team members
Its a beautiful store I love the flow of the store...very inviting to walk thru. Its inspiring to the creative mind.
Where is the yarn gone? All you have is Hugh bulky yarn.
The new Natick/Framingham location is bright and clean and organized well. What I love most about any Michaels is that I can find what I came for 95% of the time, and if you use their coupons and wait for sales, You can usually get outta there with 50% savings.
They sell uv resin bottles 60 or 100 ml. Customer service was excellent. Michaels store is now a former AC Moore.
Nothing there, very little choice of product, no staff to ask questions
It has all the stuff you need at a good price or budget.
I went to the store in Framingham (they moved to the shoppes from rt9). It was much smaller and had less available. They used to have an entire bow section. I found 3 bows spread across the store. Very disappointed. The rt9 site was so much better.
Always a fun trip there
Very good price
Selection has gone down hill. Better than Hudson tho
What I like best about Michaels is that theres always someone available to help!
I think they have almost everything you need to do all your craft needs
There was not a lot of staff on, the day I wentBut I found what I needed very easily.
Pristine, Bright easy to shop.
Great stuff and great staff
They have gone d oil downhill. The last 3 times I visited this store, they did not have what I needed. Typically staple items. Lots of empty shelves.
Addicted to yarn....
Gelly rolls galore!!!!
Curbside pickup here is worthless. Forcing people into the store for purchases they already made. They act terrible and call people Black Friday shoppers in a nasty tone on the day before Thanksgiving to pick up a curbside order. There is also no signage for curbside.
Extremely overpriced for cheap junk
I found everything I needed
Nice place and nice experience to know the history of the fort
I am very well
Excellent
Very organized all enough boxes to pay no line.
