I cant say how happy i am with this place! Kathy was very helpful and listened carefully my request and answered all my questions. I needed embroidery on one piece of clothing and i know it usually takes longer. My order was supposed to be done in 1-2 weeks but it was ready in just 3 days!!! And my order came out perfect, even better than i expected, very nice and neat job! Thank you 4 seasons embroidery!)
Worked with Kathy, she was very very polite and everything was done in a timely manner. BUT, I felt I was very specific with what I wanted. Got it home and the logo was in the wrong spot. Pretty disappointed. I will say they look great for what was done but not happy with the price I paid only to have to turn around and have someone fix them.
We had our daughter go in to order her letter jacket, but Four Seasons doesnt have sample jackets in all sizes for the girls to try on. This would be crucial, or at least have sizing charts and measuring tape handy so one can properly measure to get a proper fit. So the woman had her and other girls try on the only size available, which was too small. She suggested going up a size, and assured us that it was the proper fit based on her experience. Went along with her judgement and ordered the larger size. But the jacket came in and was massively oversized. Apparently the size of the jackets was too large, but the company didnt inform us of this, they just delivered the jacket and waited for us to react. We called back, and the lady informed us that they knew of the problem, and to call back in a few weeks, when they would get a properly sized jacket in the store.Im really disappointed that a store that has a lock on high school letter jacket ordering isnt more on the ball. A few simple steps could have saved us months and months of wasted effort. So far its been 3 months with no ladies large jackets in the store to try on.Lets work harder on customer service, please.
Kathy and her staff did a Great job on my companies work wear.. We have gotten several compliments on the work shirts Four Seasons created for us.. Premier II Landscape have and would recommended four seasons embroidery to all business acquaintances, family & friends..B.C
I am in absolute shock, and at the same time amazed how this business is still running..!? I was in there for 10 minutes until a lady ( well dressed with short hair and glasses) noticed me, and she could not had been more rude. I’m discussed ! Will never come back or refer anyone ever ! She went from bad to worst and she saw that I’m latino, her racist ass !

It would be 5 stars except that for 1 T-shirt the printing was done on the backside. We brought 19 shirts in (all different styles and different shades of blue so the shirt style did not matter) and asked for a print on the front for our cruise trip for a friend’s birthday. Unfortunately one of my friend’s shirt had a pocket on the front corner so the print could not have been done in the front so they did it in the back. I came in and paid then she takes me down to show me and mentions matter of factly that this had to happen. By this point it was too late to get it redone, but if when she noticed the issue she had contacted me I would have gotten back to her right away. If at that point there was time we would have brought over another shirt, or since they themselves have many blank shirts I could have just said they could use one of those and I would pay the difference. However we were never contacted and I believe that is pretty bad customer service since now 1 out of 19 people have the design on the back so we do not match and that was the point. Since that shirt is a v neck with a pocket, she can not wear it backwards without it looking really weird.
Just from the tone and additude from a simple inquiry call I would never give this place my business 👎🏻
