Called in for broken pane on a door on Thursday, Friday comes and they already have it fixed and the repair only takes an hour. These guys know what they’re doing. Would totally recommend for anyone looking for affordable and high quality glass/mirror repairs.

Horrible customer service. I called several times for an estimate for my business... SEVERAL...and absolutely NO RESPONSE. You shouldnt have to beg to give someone your business. I left messages and even sent in emails through their website. They FINALLY responded with an email saying: I am sorry for the delay, we have been very backed up these past few months and it has been difficult for us to get out to see people as quickly as we would like to. I can send someone out this week to look at your doors for screens and will follow up with a price as soon as it is available. This week came and went...Crickets...No one showed up, no calls, nothing. Oh well...

I love working with these guys. They never let me down.

Great Service At Federal Glass & Mirror Company Good Staff

They replaced 5-10 panels of double pane glass units for us and installed full length interior mirror. The replacement job was somewhat complex, the work was excellent, the crews professional and friendly. Couldnt ask for more. Will use them again.

I own a small cabinet shop and when I need a piece of glass or mirror in a rush They always help me out and there day to day service is great.
