One of the best and busiest Whole Foods Ive seen in a long time. Really like the self check out they have installed.
Customer Service was. Ery helpful and patient with me tonight with my return for Amazon and my purchase. Very nice woman.
Come on whats not to love about Whole Foods? The layout is workable, the produce is always perfect....the bakery is scrumptious...The meat department is enticing so many choices from breakfast to dinner and in-between.As for myself I tend to shop the produce and fresh meat...and then only sale items.Im so very excited to see that my local store is expanding cant wait to see the finished product.
Pretty large Whole Foods store. With all the regular departments, and area to eat whatever you grabbed at self-serve buffet.
I have to say that everyone at customer service has always been pleasant and kind. I actually enjoy getting prepared foods here because Sam is so incredibly helpful, friendly and always trying to get you what you need. I have been to several other Whole Foods and I just havent found that, so I come here instead!
Fabulous store if you don’t mind shelling out for the very best food products. Fruit and veggies section is excellent.
Awesome butcher counter! Great quality food! Healthy options!
Always love shopping here although you spend more money you can always findOrganic meats and veggies.
Whole foods market is always great. The selection is terrific and a little bit unusual. But you cant get five stars when you charge so much for basic things. $5.99 a pound for garlic scapes is simply silly gouging.
First time at this Whole Foods location and it was a great experience. Not as cramped as some, great choices for salads and wraps. Very helpful cashier helped me figure out how to maximize savings using app.
Ate in. ! food was good. Lots of choices to.pick from place was clean 👌
I appreciate my local Whole Foods for select items and deals, but mostly for being generally friendly and clean. Most WF bakeries use real butter cream so the baked items are a favorite of mine, such as the fruit cakes. I also like the fresh filled cannoli and my wife likes the cupcakes. Certain fish and meat deals are good. We try to get the halibut, oysters, and filet when they’re on sale. They carry cat grass for my sweet baby Noodle 🐈⬛ . I wish this store was a bit bigger but I am grateful there some renovation work being done right now. Let’s see what happens!
The food quality and selection and the service are very good, but this store has the worst protocols I have seen for safe social distancing. Neither the customers nor the staff do anything to encourage it. The one way aisle signs are painted on the floor and are usually invisible because people are standing on them. If the store can afford a major renovation, then surely it can afford stand up signs, at eye level, at the entrances to the aisles. Also, staff members, rather than approaching customers to speak with them, should keep their distance. In addition, there are no social distancing markers on the aisle floors. And one hour shortly after dawn for seniors is hardly helpful.
Usually good pizza here, but this time the bottom was burned. Hopefully not a trend.
It’s a good Whole Foods location, with plenty of fresh produce. I like the cheese selection and good counter as well
Dirtiest and most mismanaged whole foods location I have ever been to. The hot bar here also has the worst food of all the locations I have had food from.
Wow! What a great store! Tons of items, well laid out with plenty of signs.
So much for bringing the prices at Whole Foods down Amazon. Heres just one example of price gouging thats still going on at Whole Foods. I checked the pricing of the same item at 2 other stores, and no one comes close to Whole foods ( See the pics below) . This is comparing every day pricing; not sale prices.
Very respectful and clean. When I asked where a produce is, they were quick to help. Plan to make this store a regular one. Nice to know a store I like after being here only two weeks from out of state.
Staff is helpful. I ordered fresh salmon but it was not very fresh.
Soo many prepared foods
I enjoy food shopping. I’ve been going to this same store every week and the last two visits have been poorly unpleasant. I spend about $200-$300 every week on grocery. The past few times I’ve checked out I’ve had zero costumer service, cashier “Karen(n)” decided it was more important to ignore a paying customer as she proceed to gossip with her coworker instead of doing her job properly. The rudeness and attitude doesn’t stop there, as I’m waiting for her to acknowledge me. She proceeds to tell me to “back up”, when there is a a clear glass wall separating us and no other costumers are behind me during my check out. This has happen twice where the lack of customer service is clearly non existent. I choose to shop at Whole Foods because I enjoy the food quality, however after this I’m reconsidering where I spend my hard earned money. I don’t support incompetent employee’s. Whole Foods needs to provided proper customer service care/edict training course for their employees. Hopefully you’ll have a better experience then me.
Im very disappointed my husband bought a roasted chicken and it was overdone. The legs and thighs were like sawdust, the breast was even dry. Chicken should of been cooked less.
2 people at the main registers, 3 people at express and the express people had the nerve to ask me if I had 12 items in my basket. Are you guys for real? The lines were long with people with carts full and they had an issue because they had to check 5 extra small items (3 bananas and 2apples) Next time I’ll just take everything without paying. Especially since no one is paying attention at the exit.
I have read many negative reviews before about this particular Whole Foods regarding the lack of customer service and rudeness but today I am one of the customers who also faced this. Once I was ready to check out and began unloading groceries onto the moving tray, the cashier Denise told me to come more forward. And once I did, she immediately said Maam, please back off when there was no one in front of me or behind me. Why tell me to come forward and then back off? Then my daughter came to the cart after picking up some soup but again Denise rudely said to my daughter Maam, please back off again in the most rude tone. There is a clear glass wall separating us and we were clearly socially distanced. So we remained waiting at the FAR END of the moving tray and when it was time to pay, she did not tell us immediately it was okay to move forward. She waited around until she finally said you can come up if youd like. If Id like??Denise did not acknowledge me or ask me how I was or if I found everything I needed. No, she proceeded to gossip with her coworker instead of showing any customer service the ENTIRE time until she gave me my receipt. Did not make eye contact. I remember she did not act this way at all to the customers who were in front of us.Ive been going to this store for many years but until this Whole Foods does not properly train their employees and continue this unpleasant experience, I will not be coming back. Please fix your customer service especially your cashier.
Great to shop organic food, pastry, makeup, soaps, seafood and meat. They have cooked food that is individually wrapped.
Very good food choices. They even have Portuguese foods.
Always good fresh produce. Excellent service
Nice stor and the food is nice
Out of all the Whole Foods I’ve ever been to, this one is the dirtiest, most unorganized and mismanaged. The upfront manager who worked today 2/11/21 really needs to be retrained in her management skills. If I wasnt buying food for my children’s lunch tomorrow, I would have left my cart and not returned. Not to mention, when we were checking out I had to wait for the cashier to look up from her cell phone to be greeted. Not impressed.
Whole Foods Framingham is the best location. The store is also clean and well stocked.
If you dont mind spending a little more money, for your own health, this is your spot for groceries. You can find unusual items, such as Chemex coffee filters, goat milk, pomelos, and organic everything. I stop here everytime Im in the area, I grab some food at the hot bar, and a few essentials, fruit, soap, coffee etc. In my mind this is the best grocery store around.
The joy of wearing a mask. And the joy of being miss gendered at Alexs register in the express checkout. Has reached a new low....Just because I have my hair back... I get called a Sir. . I even confro Ted him. He did apologize. But. Am I the only one. How many others have experienced this same thing.Next time.Leave the mam, sir, Ms. Out of the sentence.Just say:I can help the next person!
We had great experience ordering the cake from this store. Julie was super nice, helpful and everything was done as promised.
Definitely not the most on point Wholefoods . Not enough staff, not enough product. Essentials were out of stock =(
Love this place! “ella” was such a speedy cashier and she was so beautiful as well!
Please, bring the Alegro coffee bar asap
Great store, friendly staff, good selection and very clean.
Everyone is so helpful
I dont think the meat section is that good which involves poultry fish and everything else in a case however I like the vegetables he got a good selection some of the stores a little unorganized but for the most part its pretty decent good price on 1% organic milk half gallon
A great store for groceries. Love it.
Great overall experience.
Signage is incorrect for grocery pickup telling you to go in an extremely crowded exit and there appeared to be no system in place and I had to ask 5 different people. I like whole foods butwont do grocery pickup again.
Best customer service, and the people are super friendly and very helpfull.
One of the few places to find Cormiers Gold sauces... Gluten free and scrumptious
Great prices, especially with Prime!
I have always had a great customer service experience at this location (an employee once shared a cookie with me!) but today took the cake!I’ve had to make some major diet changes lately and wanted to add more plant based protein to my diet. After days of not finding “beyond meat” products in the store on my own, a butcher counter employee walked me right to the case and asked another worker when the next shipment would be coming in. And when I was checking out I happened to tell the cashier it was my first time trying the sausage, she gave it to me on the House! Nearly cutting my grocery bill in half.I’m no stranger to their hot bar but now I have another great reason to return, the service. Thanks Whole Foods Framingham!
If you can afford things here, you probably shouldnt be reading my review. Or any of the reviews here for that matter.
Nice place to shop
Just rude - when I asked why raw chicken was bagged in the same bag as my fruit and vegetables, I was met with a “well you should tell us ahead of time, we don’t read minds”. I mentioned this comment to the Manager and she dismissively said, sorry about that. Trash! This is why I need to stay shopping at Wegmans! They treat their employees better as a result you get better service. WholeFoods is complete trash.
Love this store. Now to go home and cook us some homemade sopa de pollo. Chicken with spaghetti soup 🍲 😋 and white rice. A Puerto Rican 🇵🇷 dish.
Denise made my day. Very helpful!
I couldnt get cooked hot lunch with ebt but thanks for the Cold sandwich ✌️😎🔥🔥
Eggless cakes are good.
We went there to buy all natural shampoo and conditioner. Their 365 brand was a good buy.
Amazon pickup was easy
Love it 😊 I use my amazon prime to shop here.
Delicious and fresh food
Always good
Love this place! Especially because this was the only store that had fresh turmeric and ginger!
Great location along Route 9 on the north side. Parking is usually pretty easy to find. Prices are fair but can go up to the extent where you skip the product. Plenty of cashiers on most days and hours.
Disappointed because very little ingredients available at burrito counter at 4:45. Also, prime member special prices were not honored for burritos and quesadilas. The $6.00 pizza, however, was honored for friday.
It has changed so much in the last year... Im so disappointed! Sadly, it was the employees I saw that were breaking all safety guidelines not the customers.
Always such a great experience, they have a wide variety of produce and eco friendly product. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly.
Good stuff 👏🏼👍🏻👌
Great store, high quality foods.Whenever I enter this store, I know it is expensive but the quality of foods and items are unmatched anywhere else. Plus I know that the foods available here are mostly organic and low in chemicals or preservatives. There is also a way to get some discount using the Amazon app. The associates are friendly and the checkout is fast n easy. There is a large kitchen area which serves salads, soups, custom foods, cakes and much more. The place is clean and the food seating areas are great. I wish they have brewed coffee for purchase. May be they already do.
A small but great store for groceries. Love 💘 it.
Great Fish!!The Most Fresh!!
Totally overcrowded. Dozens of personal shoppers. Surprised theyre not limiting customers.
The prepared food has gotten a lot less appealing; I went in hungry and intending to buy something to eat and nothing in the hot food cases looked good. The store is a lot less crowded now; at least youre not in danger of getting run over by a soccer mom in the parking lot anymore, but it really feels like Whole Foods has lost its magic. On the plus side, this means theyve instituted actually good sales, like Celestial Seasonings teas for $2.
Parking is disaster
I love this store.
Excellant
My car was hit by empty cart on the stores parking lot. The front door is damaged. I summited complain to the office, but they didnt even get back to me...
I love Whole Foods. They have great produce, cookies, pizza and other products but wish their prices were in line with Trader Joes. They are pretty expensive.
Good wholesome food. Great desserts. Good cafeteria foods, soups, entrees, salad bar & a seating area to enjoy your meal. Good section selling skin & hair products. Delicious bakery items. Great meat section & seafood. Good selection of products for earth-friendly cleaning products. Its my second choice for grocery shopping due to higher prices than Wegmans.
I travel often for work and always frequent WF because of the great variety of fresh and wholesome foods available. I love the fresh muffins but recently at this store the flies have made it to the muffin case before me. I have brought it up to the staff and they told me that it has been brought to the attention of the store support people. Hope they resolve it quickly because I miss my muffins.
Great flower selection and customer service.
This is a good Whole Foods, well-stocked, always has some local produce, great selection of prepared foods including salad bar, hot bar, hot entrees to go, and deli. In my experience the meat is very fresh and I like to come here to buy that. Its consistently busy in the evenings (when Im usually stopping by) but never too crowded.
Very small whole foods thats the only reason to take away a star. Not as well stocked as the other locations, otherwise good quality
Whole Foods is great. I usually get a meatball pizza every now and then but the last time I got it, it was awful. It tasted like burnt turkey meatballs. Never ordering a meatball pizza again but of course Ill come back and shop there.
Excellent quality of products, especially produce, butcher, bakery and seafood. The store is clean and the signage is efficient. There is enough spaces in the parking lot. The store has a kitchen, where it sells fresh pizzas, sandwiches, chicken and other cooked foods. Also has a salad bar and a soup bar. There is an area on the front of the store where we can sit down and eat. I love the bulk section, where we can buy quinoa, nuts, beans, dried fruits and also freshly ground peanut and almond butter.
I used to get dinner from the hot bar several times a month because of the variety of vegan options. Now Im finding that there are very few vegan options in the hot bar. This means I dont go in as often.
The staff are courteous and readto help
They had all the meatless protein I was looking for. Time to bbq!
Very nice, well organized and the employees are always willing to help. The place is well sanitized.
The Whole Foods Market is one of the older stores. It feels smaller and due for an update. The parking lot is always packed and store always seems crowded. That being said, the quality of the produce is consistently good and the workers are helpful and cheerful.
Accommodating employees. Sampled some luxury coffee in a can. I love that I can scan my code from my Whole Foods app and save. Another great experience.
Vegan options. I feel like Whole Foods would be a good place to stop and get a quick bite to eat as a vegan. And if salad is all you want to eat then I guess it is. But for me, when it’s 20 degrees out, I want something hot and hearty. I made the wrong choice in thinking this was the place to go for that. As the once leaders of healthy markets, who at one time where the only place I could get healthy vegan food, I am very disappointed.
They have expensive products but its all because its organic
I could be biased but this is definitely the best Whole Foods Ive been to. The kitchen is always stocked with great food for takeout, the pizzas are either pretty good or great nothing less than that. The selection of organic food is wide and vitamin supplements are plentiful. Most importantly the staff working at this whole foods are all very friendly and helpful much more so than Ive seen in other locations close to the city of Boston. Best of all are the burritos that basically fill you up for the rest of your day without making you feel bloated or anything like that, just enough to get you through the rest of your day. All this without mentioning the great bakery, fresh seafood and Prime organic meats!
Clean, well organized, excellent selection of cheeses. Was shopping for a Celiac visitor and everyone was very helpful in making sure nothing I bought might have gluten cross contamination. Got through the visit without accidentally poisoning my guest!
Its a reasonable sized example of a Whole Food. Decent selection of fresh goods, especially the household items, fish and dairy. Good sushi and friendly staff. Usually a good selection of samples. No booze sold at this store. Parking is a little cramped.
A delight. Colorful and full of delicious and unexpected foods. Macaroons, a mini Baker, excellent cheeses. Everything you could ever want in the prepared food section for a little dinner party on the fly
This is my place for fresh produce and a great variety of healthy food. Now I am not a heath nut. But I do like my organic confection every now and again. Whole Foods has is it and a large variety of it. I might go to places like wal-mart for stuff but i come here for food.
The quality of the hot bar/hot food at the Wholefoods has been going down steadily for the past few years, specially in the greater Boston area. Some of the stuff is just downright awful and disgusting. But they are still expensive!
For 100% natural Truly Organic produce this market is a must!!! Yeah I already know what youre going to ask... Is it expensive/pricey? Yes it is, but without antibiotics and hormones the food tastes much, much better and spoils much quicker...Fish, Meat & Poultry + Produce cost more because they come from 🚜 farm to table... The items typically arent outsourced...Keeping all these ✔ list items in mind why would you want to shop in a regular supermarket??? Get ready to eat like royalty and spend big bucks too💵💸💥
