Needed pull rope for a saw. Stopped in and got it no problem. Great service very friendly. Was a good choice to stop here for what i needed.

Dropped a mower off for repair, was told theres a part in motor that is not serviceable. I was told they would put a used one in. Its been 3 years this July!!! Now Im told thier lift is down and they dont return your call. Did business here for years. NOT ANYMORE!!!!Id like it back in one piece. The same way I dropped it off to you3 years ago. NEVER doing business here again.

Ive been to Waverly a few times to repair my Stihl tools. Both experiences were great. The latest trip was the one that really stands out. There had just been a storm which knocked down several trees near my house. I was helping my neighbors cut up some trees and branches with my Stihl chainsaw when the saw started having issues. I went over to Waverly. Wes immediately started taking a look at the saw and offered to fix it while I waited. He got it working great, even filled it with the new bar oil I bought for me and cleaned up the saw. When I went to pay, the price was significantly lower than I expected. Not something that happens often! Ill certainly be a regular customer from now on.

Wes is the best, I bring my airens snowblower here, and get parts frequently from here, theyre super helpful and always fairly priced.

Best place to get repairs and buy new equipment. They have a great selection of Stihl equipment and only go to a stihl dealer for repairs.

Worst place ever .Way over priced .The help at that place gets a 0 in my book.
