7/9 Update- I received a phonecall this morning saying the owner took a look at my bike personally to make sure it got taken care of before the 5 week wait. Turned out to not be a nightmare to fix, or an outrageous cost. Im looking forward to picking it up, and appreciate the help from the shop to get me squared away sooner than expected. Give it a shot, everyone seemed really kind and caring despite the business aspect.7/8- The shop was very helpful towing me, same day when I had trouble, but that was before I found out the shop is booked out 5 weeks of the riding season.If you are going to tow someone make sure they understand how long their property will be held, and if they dont just make sure you ask even if distressed.I suggest not trying to kill two birds with one stone and get work/inspection done during riding season at a shop, unless you are prepared for a wait. Lesson learned as a new rider. Have a safe season everyone!

After not having been professionally serviced for quite some time I had some work done at American plus full service. I couldnt be happier as the bike hasnt run this well in quite some time.

Gave this men $4200 hundred dollars to some work on my HD told me all kind of things were going to be done to it so I got really excited left my money BIG MISTAKE! Had to be constantly calling him to see when my would bike done asked him to get me a certain brand fairing got me the cheapest fairing out in the market broke after one riding season trying to get him to get me a other completely ignored me Lost my Business

Definitely off he beaten path but if your into craft beers, its well worth the trip. As for the food, all we tried was the poutine which was awesome.

Odd, I heard thousands go down after bikes are sold from the factory.....Scott is the best around. What I dont do myself I have him do. I trust no one else. Great for parts too. Comparable to or lower than stealer.

Scott the owner is great. He did right by me after his employee made the huge mistake of not tightening the oil pan screw properly which came out while I was riding on rt 9. Which caused lot of problems. However, after Scott found out what happened, he reimbursed me for all my money and did the oil change himself. He also ended up firing that employee which shows how seriously he takes his work. He did everything he could to make me happy for the whole incident. He is a good man and I though I took care of the negative review weeks ago. He deserves 5 stars.

Dont go here! Bad service. No customer service. Heard from numerous people that Scott Porges does bad work. You get your bike back & options dont work but they worked before bringing it in to them. Heard that one female rider went down after service here. She took her bike to another shop & she told them that she had service done by Scott. They found bolts that were missing or loose. They always get business from Scotts mistakes. Their business grew substantially from his mistakes. Scott performed work on my bike and then broke the locking column preventing the ignition from working properly. He then proceeded to lie to my face saying that he was not responsible for the broken part. When I went to pick up my bike he had another friend standing there as if to make a strong intimidating facade that he is correct and not lying to my face. If you do your research, he is affiliated with the MCs that have a sketchy past. Not many people no anything like this but he is even rumored to have been associated with them. This review could be 15 paragraphs of bad things I have heard about this place. If you go here you will be sorry or injured. BEWARE!!

Place is a little tough to find, but worth the hunt. Scott helped me with an opinion on a bike I was looking to purchase. Nice group, with a good setup.

Thought I had finally found a place to work on my triumph. Brought it in for a carb cleaning and to get the bike up and running after a winter in storage - only to be told the carbs couldnt be cleaned or rebuilt. The shop wouldnt located replacement parts, so I had to find the new carbs and supply them to the shop. Those were put in. After delays in getting my bike finally back (apparently they hired some extra shop people due to the workload - no telling who worked on my bike), the gas tank was left empty, the carbs were not synced, bike hasnt worked since getting it home. Carb drainage line drips fuel. Total mess. Rendered my bike useless. Brought it in to a different shop and discovered it was even more messed up than when I brought it in the first time. Clogged fuel line, coolant leak, had twice the amount of recommended oil - which clogged up one of the carbs. Also came to find out my original carbs that I kept were actually in fine shape - just got taken for a ride. Id stay away unless you want to throw your money away.

I contracted with Scott Porges to build me a custom chopper. 45,000! I had nothing but problems. A six month build took 15 months. He kept asking me for money and because I was so deep into this bike I had to pony up the dough. He kept stringing me along. The custom seat maker would not take a check from Porges so I had to FedEx a check to them to get my seat. When he delivered the bike I took it for a test ride and noticed oil leaking because the drain plug was loose. Long and short when I got the bike I had to have Drew cycle in Salisbury, Ma take the bike apart and reassemble it. I took Porges to COURT and received a judgement for several thousand dollars against him. Still chasing the money. We found that he did not use solid lifters like the contract stated. The drive belt kept snapping, I had to convert the bike to a chain drive. I had to change out the tranny because he gave me used parts. Loose bolts every where. After a couple of years I sold the bike at a heavy loss! A $45,000 bike ended up costing me $75,000 when all the repairs were completed. Google my name Boxford, Ma and I will verify all the above.

Scott has been my mechanic for 25 years he built my bike I rode that bike for 25 years Scott is now restoring that bike can anyone else say that about there mechanic... Enough said

I do not recommend, I took my bike to change the tires and oil, he charged $ 850.00 I almost had to leave a kidneys to pay !! very very over priced abusive !!!! the tires were mine!

Scott will change parts on the bike and do service without your permission and then charge you for it.
