Gas prices are decent, it is the only gas station that is conveniently located in the kingstowne area, there is another one but you have to enter a shopping center to access it. The convenience store has everything that you may need from food to drinks and beer as well. Bathroom cleanliness is also decent.

DONT USE CARWASH HERE-gas station overall nice-staff friendly-gas prices are ok-carwash is horrible-a carwash employee broke my driver side mirror by bumping it with his hip, they should ask you to fold your mirrors in not just bump it aggressively. I had a button to fold them and now that one dont work when I push it just the passenger side folds now-staff rude and are just not very friendly-overpriced %100-carwash rail scratched my car as well-i dont recommend this carwash at all
