He worked with us every step of the way, answering all of our questions and addressing any concerns that arose. He is very laid back, honest, and knowledgeable. No high pressure sales or commitments here. He was wonderful to work with. He cares very much about each job, and you can tell that that this company and the team at Countertop Depot has a passion for high quality work; from the quartz they order, to the measurements they take, to the time and care that they take to install it. We wanted a waterfall counter, but our run was too long for one piece of quartz by about 1 inch. Gokhan took the time to find a piece that would look like it was one piece of quartz. The installers cut the piece to fit on site because our floors are slightly angled. I couldnt be happier with the overall result. Gokhan and the owner would only accept 1 seam in this whole job and they made it work. We couldnt be happier! These are true craftsmen who are passionate about a stellar result. We love our new countertop. I will recommend Countertop Depot to everyone I know and anyone that will listen to me. These guys are the best!

Wonderful customer service. We came on Monday with pictures and rough measures of our kitchen; they helped us pick the right countertop for our color scheme. The price is very good. They came on Tuesday to measure and made recommendations as well. And the following week Wednesday the install team came in and all went perfectly. We love our new kitchen.

The difference in stone countertops was explained to me so I was able to purchase a low maintenance top. I was quoted a price and that is exactly what I paid. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Gokhan had the specific quartz brand/color I wanted in stock and helped me figure out what cuts I would need for a kitchen/bathroom renovation. I ended up running into some delays with the renovations and they were incredibly accommodating about coming out to measure and install the two rooms separately and were able to schedule these with a quick turnaround time (he even squeezed in a visit before a dinner reservation the same day I called!). We worked with Countertop Depot for new counters in our very old kitchen in Arlington. Gokhan was great to work with and offered us a higher end product (quartz) at a lower price than we could find in other places and even threw in a free sink. The appointments for measurement, demolition, and installation were all scheduled quickly. They even worked with us to do demolition in a separate appointment so that we could prepare the old cabinets for the new countertops. All arrived on time and completed their work in a very timely manner. We were especially happy that they worked with us to determine how best to handle our uneven cabinets that also needed to be raised and strengthened to support the new countertops. And were very happy with the end result!We would definitely use them again for our next project!

We have had a wonderful experience at Countertop Depot. We had been looking at a variety of granite stores in the area when we decided to check out Countertop Depot. We are so glad we did! Gokhan was incredibly helpful. He took the time to teach us about different counter top surfaces. We discussed our preferences at length and then we were able to pick out a gorgeous granite slab. There was no rush or pressure and we were able to match our new kitchen cabinets perfectly. We were even consulted about our preference for the orientation of the slab since our granite has a beautiful wavy pattern. We were helped in every way and were quoted a very good price. None of the other stores were able to match their price. There were never any problems or fees added later on. The installation went smoothly and the installers were polite and tidy. Highly recommended! Very helpful and informative during initial visit to their showroom, where they explained available options without being pushy. We ordered some samples direct from the manufacturer based on what we saw in their showroom and took a couple of days to decide. Excellent experience and great prices. We ordered once for two bathroom projects that were scheduled back to back. They held our slab and came out twice for measurements. Their finish work was great and installers very skilled with some tricky cuts that had to be made for a walk-in-shower threshold.

I highly recommend, amazing services. I was looking for a super white counter top. I initially found something that seems White enough at Floor and Decors. My contractor insisted that I go checkout Counter Depot. Turned out that what I thought was white, compared to samples at Counter depot had was Not that white. The amazing Gokhan suggested one that seemed perfect. Yet when he received it, he was not satisfied with the product and suggested another one which ended up being much much better. I was amazed by his professionalism and dedication to make his client happy. In less than a week I got a beautiful superwhite counter top and eventhough the supplier changed, they managed to meet the deadline. the installation team was very pro and respectful. everything was left clean. At the recommendation of my kitchen contractor, I visited Countertop Depot LLC and found the desired design, color, and price that served our needs. Working with Gokhan, our salesperson, was a real pleasure. Gokhan was personable, knowledgeable, and accommodating. My wife and I had been shopping around for countertop options for our new addition to our house. We had considered different stones and butcher block for the countertops in our sunroom. We dedicated a Saturday to visited several locations in the Northern Virgin area, and at the end of the day we were still not happy with our outcome. After another google search, I called Countertop Depot and talked to Yasar. It was 30 minutes before they were going to close, but sensing my frustration over the phone, he said he had something for me. After just 20 mins in the store he was able to narrow down our interest into a couple options, and we were quickly on our way. He promptly come to our house after closing the store, and measured our required dimensions. We were scheduled for an install on Tuesday, and the install crew did an excellent job insuring the seem was flawless and the area was clean before departing. I was very happy with my experience with Countertop Depot. They were very professional, courteous, cleaned up well and were done with removing my old granite countertop and installing the new quartz in one hour. I HIGHLY recommend them!
