We just recently moved to Frankfort and this was the place I wanted to go because it was local. I love supporting small businesses. The reviews and pictures is what sold me also. We went on a weekday and the lady who was in there wasnt very friendly, she did sell us a washer but I just wish she was more helpful and friendly. She barely spoke two words to us and we had to load it up by ourselves. We appreciate the purchase.

Michael came out and did a phenomenal job letting us know what was wrong, diagnosing the issues and got our dryer back and running in no time. Would highly recommend.
