A great selection of stuff I was able to snag last minuet for extra decor for my friends wedding. They have good options for fun decor including beautiful fairy lights.

Im a creative person and Michaels has everything I need to persue my art. They are more known as an art & crafts store but they are beginning to stock more art supplies. And they are the only art-type store in my area. If they were more art than crafts, their prices might be a little better but in general, I have no serious complaints. Ordering online for pickup is easy.

This stor has a lot of items of arts & crafts. However, some of the isles in the store could have been wider so that a electric chair could get through more better. Some were really narrow. I was glad that the store had a electric chair available for customers that was nice.

Wish they sold AUNT MARTHAS IRON ON transfer patterns. I love the thread they sell. Just need patterns to go with the thread.

Big selection of craft items i really like this store for craft ideas, but prices are high. I compare prices with online or joanns craft store and they are considerably cheaper plus Joanns deals and coupons.

Love this store! They dont always have everything Im looking for in stock is they only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars.the staff is friendly and tries to help but do your research before u go on what u need cause alot of them cant help with questions about certain products.

As a crafter, Michaels is the best. They always have great prices and if the items are not on sale, they have coupons. The associates were friendly and the store was stocked.

Sometimes the sales are good but they are only good on certain items so you have to read the fine print. You can find better prices online for most of their items. However the staff is friendly and check-out is easy.

I really love Michaels the problem I have is with the customer service representative I was treated very rudely and I didnt appreciate how she did me I dont know what her name is Ill still go shopping thats not a problem I just dont like the people that work there

The staff is always very helpful, and they go out of their way to help with questions about projects or products. I can get most anything I need for projects and the prices are competitive with most online stores and other brick and mortar stores as well. They offer different classes as well, and framing services.

Every person I have encountered in the framing department is knowledgeable and helpful. Twice, I have had the pleasure of working with Carol in the Frankfort store. She is friendly, professional and has a great eye for color and design. She went out of her way to help us frame a treasured piece of art that my husband will proudly display in his office. Carol helped us stay within our budget, while giving us royal treatment. I would highly recommend Michaels to my friends and family.

Good food but expensive. There service is alright but not the greatest, I feel the place and employees have more potential there not showing.

This is by far my favorite store in all of frankfort. The staff is wonderful. They have an amazing selection of crafts supplies, and I always know where to find what I need. The sales are very reasonable, and coupons are always available. I have had great experiences with the framing department as well. The staff there is very knowledgeable and was able to help me get the perfect framing done for a fathers day gift. So glad this store is here!!!!

I had looked for an item online last night, and the product showed in stock at this store. When I got there, I couldnt remember the isle number, so I used my phone to look it up. The mobile Web page said there werent any of 2 separate items were NOT stocked at this store. So I gave up.I walked down an isle to walk out, and stumbled on the second of the items I was looking for. It was $12.I was hoping for a discount, as I usually receive, but I didnt this time. The other item I was seeking, was $4, and what I would have preferred.I havent used the item I purchased yet, but will before the night is up. I hope it works.

There is literally NEVER anyone walking the floor to help customers, and when they have to come from the back to help you they act so upset. Ive had three horrible visits here in the past two weeks, so I will avoid going here as much as possible.

A little disappointed on this trip. Selection was, as usual, excellent. We stopped by to buy some silk flowers for my wifes spring wreath, and we had an email coupon for $20 off a $50 purchase. There were no qualifiers on the coupon or email. We got to the checkout having purchased around $35 of silk flowers and $20 of acrylic paints and brushes. At the counter we presented the coupon only to be told that some of the items were everyday value items that didnt count toward the $50 total. No signage in the store, no fine print on the coupon...kind of felt a little bait and switch-like, which is beneath Michaels usual customer service.

I love Micheals they have all the arts and crafts supplies I need. I do a good bit of crocheting you see so I buy yarn all the time and Micheals is my go to place to get yarn. There are always good deals and discounts so theres always something worth getting.

Great place to go if youre working on an arts or crafts project, and surprisingly affordable compared to other options available locally. Their selection is great, I always find myself coming up with new ideas there.

Great place to shop for craft & hobby supplies, seasonal decorations, artificial flowers, cake decorating supplies. They also offer in store custom photo framing.

Most staff are courteous while others can be bland. Not a great craft selection unless you dabble in this and that.... Prices are not very good but, they are consistent with the city standards.

Love this place cant get enough, could spend all day and all my money here!!! Theres something for everyone, even if you dont think your crafty youll find something you like!!
