Found a hair in my dessert. Owner said I can only get a refund if I find a 2nd hair. Like I’d want a 2nd one of anything after being grossed out. Lady has no idea how to run a business
I do not live in the area but drove through the town and got some ice cream. Ordered 5 things and they got it all very quickly large scoops and polite.
Gold medal ribbon ice cream cake was the best.
Customer service is really good. Great atmosphere. Always nice to me and my family when I come in. This is our go to place for ice cream!
So the hours posted online say open to 10. But the past two times I’ve been here they are closed at 9. It’d be great if the hours were just updated. Ice cream is good though

Edit: i suggested that their closing time needs to be changed and google approved it so thats nice 👍Got there about 20 min before they closed with my friends. They ended up being closed anyway :(
Had all the ice cream you want it was amazing. Everything was fine until we sat down with our ice cream and saw the roaches in different states of alive and dead o the floor
Stop in on a hot day for cool treats...mix and match flavors to make a sweet day.. I enjoy the strawberry cheese cake myself...

After stopping at coldstone and finding that they had closed 40 minutes early, I headed here only to find that they had closed 20 minutes early. (I got there at 9:40 and they were supposed to be open until 10p.) What is with ice cream stores in Frankfort? Why cant I just get ice cream on a Saturday night? 😫
They didnt have their strawberry dipping sauce or gummy bears. And the ice cream melted too quick.

Small area to sit in, but, overall a great experience. Ice cream was great and service was fast and friendly.

I had the cherries jubilee and it was soft, creamy and delicious. My second scoop was strawberry, but it was not as good.

This Baskin Robbins IS closed at 9 Pm. The hours cannot be fixed. As It has been tried multiple times. They hours on the door say 11 AM to 9 PM.
Their ice cream is consistently very good, and the whole staff is friendly and inviting.
WOULD BE THE PLACE TO GO TO WHEN YOU WANT AN GOOD ICE CREAM CONE BEFORE YOU GO TO THE MOVIES

Says online that they close at 10 drove all the way across town, it was 9:30 they (3 women) inside were cleaning and the door was locked. They didnt even acknowledge I was at the door. I proceeded to call afterwords and they wouldnt answer the phone. Why advertise they are open until 10 if they are going to close their doors early?!
Would be nice if they stayed opened until their advertised closing time. They are not friendly and they do not even thank you for your business.

Drink was made incorrectly when I asked them to make it again the store owner refused to remake my drink or refund my 8 dollars. She claimed that she knows what shes doing and knows how much I paid. Very disrespectful the worst customer service coming directly from the STORE OWNER HERSELF. REFUSED TO PROVIDE CORPRATE NUMBER OR ANY NUMBER TO ASSIST ME IN MY POOR SERVICE.

The hours are from 11am - 9pm. It has always been this way, google will not let us change the hours as we have requested and tried multiple times. The hours are also on our door.
