Really friendly waiters, very local vibes. Genuinely quite good-okayish food! Cheeseburger was great for a fairly priced meal!Sometimes the staff can be a bit loud but like, 🤷‍♂️ great service and super friendly!

A lovely little diner in the centre of town with wonderfully friendly staff and a good menu. I had a grilled BLT which was really good and very reasonably priced. Next time Im in Brackley I shall definitely return!

We now come here regularly because it is so friendly and so well priced. The breakfast range is awesome and their cookies and cream milkshakes to die for! Lovely staff. Its not the most amazing seating area but the menu, price and staff more than make up for it. You have to give it a try!

Food was very well presented, really good size meals and prices are spot on. the staff where polite and very professional could cater to all our needs which was a bonus.Will deffently be back again for breckfast on the Monday and definitely worth a drive from Southampton

I have visited here 3 times now and travelled a fair distance but well worth it. Friendly staff and great atmosphere! The food is to die for and to top it off it is very child friendly which is a must for me with 2 small children! This is my new favourite place to eat out

We visited the Diner today, just to check it out. We were taken to our seats, and given menus. Looking around, apart from the seating, and the little jukeboxes on the tables, there was nothing really that made us feel we were in an American Style Diner? Not what we were expecting at all.On ordering our drinks, my daughter explained about her severe nut allergy, to which we would normally get an allergy folder sent out to check the ingredients etc.... this didnt happen, I was shown the lid on the tub of ice cream that was being used to make my daughters milk shake!!!! An allergy folder is ESSENTIAL in any restaurant!We ordered our food, to which we waited over half an hour for, although they did keep coming to us to apologise. Eventually, one of the waitresses said that our food was just being done does that mean they had forgotten our order?When the food came out, it was nice, but overpriced for what we had. I had the chicken waffle and I found that the waffle was like it had just come out of a pack and put on the plate, but far too much of it!!! It tasted ok though. All in all I think a few things need tweaking, and it needs a bit more in the way of American accessories to make it look more like a Diner.

I feel as though 1 star is generous, unfortunately you’re un-able to give a lower rate. Absolutely awful service. We have been waiting around for exactly 2 hours, we’ve only had dinner. Waited around 45 minutes just for the dessert menu. We finished our drinks within the first 15-20 minutes, haven’t been offered anymore but the staff were considerate enough to take our empty glasses but not bother about replacing the drinks/offering us if we need more refreshments. Slow service, quiet staff, under-staffed and quite personally, not experienced. I don’t think this place will be round for much longer.

I love this play, good food, park next door for the kids and for all you pokèmon fans there a pokè stop there; theres a gym, and another store next to this place.
