If you need a propane cylinder replaced, go elsewhere. Ordered one 2 weeks ago and it never came. My wife was told that the orders are not tracked and they could not say when it would come. I was told a few days later that it would be taken care of. Nothing yet.

Excellent selection of plants for the garden. Its a shame though that even garden plants are so expensive. Even though they are the most reasonable.I always enjoy going there.

My dogs love their dog food. I also use them for my propane needs. Employees are super helpful.

They went above and beyond to service my home. I recently moved into a home where the previous owner had placed the propane tank over 100ft from the road. When the tank ran out and my house became cold, Southern States Frankfort office came out twice – once to tide me over for 24 hrs and then a second time with an extension to reach the tank. Great customer service!

Excellent service, always. Also a great place to get propane refills that is always a better price than the gas station tank exchange deal- about 1/2 the price on average.
