So many works was done around Chicagoland, all stone and brick works with Tri State was and still perfect, Highly recommended Tri State Cut Stone & Brick Co.

First of all its very telling that the two 5 star reviews this company has received are both from relatives of JOEL VANDE KAMP which begins to tell you how shady and dishonest this company is.We personally had a terrible experience - The driver delivered us our stone steps and mis-read the width of the drive, and the width of his bobcat and caused considerable damage to our driveway - Gary, the owner came out within the hour to assess the damage and promised he would take care of things and fix all the damage - he then totally ghosted us. He refused to take calls, or respond to written correspondence - more worrying, they have refused to provide insurance details for the accident - BEWARE!!!

Not very responsive. Showroom hours state Monday-Saturday. Weve tried stopping in mid-morning on a Tuesday and on a Saturday morning and the salesman was unavailable both times. When we stopped in on the Tuesday, another employee was there but couldnt answer any questions on pricing or availability and expected that the salesman should have been there to answer. Doors were locked on Saturday morning. Weve tried contacting the salesman via email and phone calls with no luck. Would not trust these guys to be responsive on any project.
