On August 13, 2021, Employee Don did a fantastic job in installing a head light bulb that I had just bought. He also had a great customer service oriented attitude. I was driving back to Baltimore and this new bulb may have saved me an accident and/or a traffic ticket. I highly recommend Don and the Mannheim Auto Zone store.

Consistently bad service. The staff has no idea what theyre doing, and the management is exactly the same. If you dont want to do your job and help customers, then dont work in customer service.

Horrible service. A female worker name Shanon( in Franklin Park IL, on 3040 Mannheim Street store location) was very impolite, rude, full of negativity, very unpleasant . I waited for 10 min in line and when she got available she told me that the line is from other side not where I was standing. her face impression was very unpleasant . She told me OKAY OKAY I will take you next.This is not how you treat your customers. She should not be working there .

I could have gotten more help from someone with mental retardation. The computer said they had the parts in stock. Then they didnt and the mouth breather behind the register acted like making a phone call to another local store was impossible. The staff combined had an IQ of 12.

Was buying a battery with woman seller who is on drugs obviously charged me 2x 140$ for 1 battery, besides that she was very agresive and unpleasant, she dont have 2 teeths in her head unfortunately and ppl like that are working here to give to customers hard time i guess? Your company should have a drug test or something, because that woman is on meth or dope, something very heavy..

Hello,When you have snow and ice on the windshield then your wiper blades go bad cause of that!this is the place for it,plus theyll put them on for You!

They have most of the stuff and if they dont they search nears Autozone for whatever part you need and call them to make sure they have it and so they can put it away from you. I gave it a 4 star because I went in to get brake lights and asked the guy for assistance and he was like oh you need back lights? And he said he had no idea how to open it or if he could help me change it. Very economic on some parts.

As soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted by one of the managers whos name was Mj if I recall correctly. I needed some engine oil for my car. I was unsure of the type of oil it needed but he was very professional and looked up my car to ensure I added the correct type of oil. Thank you again for your service!!!!

I have been coming to this location for over 10 years. I had a really bad experience w an employee who knew nothing, was rude to me, broke my wiper arm, didnt say anything and i was stuck waiting ONE FULL WEEK for the part to come in. I called the Ford dealership and the part only takes 2 days to get. Again, I waited ONE FULL WEEK to get my wiper arm fixed. The manager was pleasant and the gentleman who actually was going to replace the part came to my home in a snowstorm and hooked it up.

I love this store. It seems to be one of the cleanest autozone around. The staff is great. This is the warehouse were other stores. Order from. They always have what you need or theyll get it first because it has to come here before it goes to another autozone. They have the same hours as the regular stores. Its fairly easy to get in and out unless your making a left hand turn out of here at rush hour I also think this is where they train employees because everyone here knows exactly what there doing. No confusion. No guessing or going home with the wrong part. Just an all around professional team. Great store I cant speak enough about them. Always leave getting exactly what I paid for.

Very slow. They skip people in line to take care of people came after. One of the reason, was the cashier couldnt understand the customer. So skip him. Instead of taking the time to try understand. Or call someone else to help. Other staff would help

One of my front lights went out in my car and I had my sister go there last week to buy the lights and get them changed out. When she was there, she waited about an hour and a half for someone to go outside and change the lights. They told her the light was just loose and they tightened it. I went in today because the light went out again. So I decided to just get the lights changed. They looked the car (the same car from last week) and the manager said they dont change the lights on that type of car. When last week, they were going to change the lights. I dont know what changed in the last week, but the car did not. So absolutely ridiculous that they didnt want to help me this time around. I returned the items. But terrible customer service. You cant just change what youre willing to do because you just dont feel like it now.

This place is a joke, I been doing business with autozone for 20 years I walk in and not only they talk to people unprofessional but the female that try to help me and she said she was the manager!! Wow. This is why autozone does not get the business they use to. I asked her for a cabin filter for my car she says we have it she goes and checks comes back saying we dont have it. Then she says to me we have the one thats 10 dollar higher in price I ask her for a discount she says nope it does not work that way. Oh no and your a manager. She was not aware that the business I operate in suburbs I spent 5k a week with autozone once upon a time and you know why I dont because that crew got replaced with this kind of crew that dont know how to keep a customer happy and coming back . The best part about these employee they talk to you as if they were the owners of autozone!! I guess thats why they all work for a corporation the owner never come around. Learn how to talk and help customers there your pay checks!!

I WENT IN TO AUTO ZONE ON MANNHEIM ROAD NOT SURE THE TOWN RIGHT THERE, BUT I NEEDED TO PURCHASE A LEFT REAR TURN SIGNAL LIGHT, AS MINE HAD EXPIRED!!!!. THE MEN THAT WAITED ON ME WERE BOTH VERY KNOWLEDGABLE IN THERE JOBS, AND I WASNT I THERE TOLONG, BUT LONG ENOUGH TO KNOW THAT THEY HAD A VERY NICE DISPLAY OF KERSHAW, AND OTHER KNIVES THAT WERE VERY NICE.

Not a friendly and not a professional place. I live nearby and always bought in this place, now I will never buy from AutoZone and do not recommend it to others. Workers do not do their assigned work, are not welcoming, it feels like I came not to the store but to the third world police station.
