Unfriendly staff and incompetent When I called to see if they are open he said” Well I answered the phone didnt I l !?” Go to Fedex. They also poorly packed an item that cost me 2k . I trusted them to pack it well. The item arrived smashed in a flimsy box they put it in. There is no quality control. I am very angry
Manager is a gruff woman. Not friendly often seem to be bothered with questions. Id rather go further to do business. Customer service rehaul needed.
Dont go to this location, go to Rockville Centre!!!!First time I went here it went smoothly. It was a mess inside but they scan my package I packed and I was out the door.2nd time was a nightmare. I waited outside for 20 minutes before being helped. When I got inside the store it looked like an explosion hit. It isnt clean or organized. I wouldnt mind the wait if the next thing I going to tell you didnt happen. I had two packages that was supposed to be packed by them to be shipped out. That is the agreement they have with the two companies that I had to ship back to. The documents I shown her even stated it and she insisted that I was confused about it. She said I have to buy boxes and pack it up myself. I have no problem packing my own stuff up but if Im being told UPS does it than why do I even bother. At this point I left. I decided to call the Rockville Centre store and they said of course we pack it and to come by. Both orders were packed and shipped by them as per the documents I supplied. I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes.The lady working at the dogwood branch probably was just to lazy to pack it up.
Entered the store waited to be called, then brought the package over and Im explaining that I didnt get a label, that the label on the package is the old one, then pulled phone out with the code and trying to tell her this what I was given since Ive never done this before. I was intentionally ignored for no reason, then she scan the package, a white lady walk through the door and I was dismissed with heres your receipt and hello to the women with child. Very nice welcome you know, I guess since Im black I to deal with her rudeness. Anyways idk about other staff members in this store, and I hope to never return!
Always a mess and long line. They didn’t know how to use a clients UPS information to ship my package so I had to go to fedex…
If I could give zero....or negative stars....I would in a heartbeat. The workers are so incompetent...I dont know what is wrong with them. The lady, I think she is a manager, is so nasty, she is so mean, major attitude problem. Without fail, every time I go there, there is a major issue. I was charged 100 fee to send something over night...the package arrived 6 days later...what is going on? Please conduct a seminar or orientation AGAIN for the workers. What is the most hilarious...is that the response from the owner about the reviews are argumentative-please accept the short comings.

Extremely Poor service, they are super slow. I was here to drop off pre labeled package and need no receipt. I was told to wait outside the store and everyone here is dropping off. I advised I just need to drop off and need no label. Repeat answer, you need to wait outside. Left and will never return.
The staff is very nice and helpful. They are busy often but always keep the line moving.
1/13/20-I went to send a next day air package, paid $40 to have it delivered the next day. 2 days later its still sitting where we left it.Stopped into the store to get the money refunded as promised since it wasnt delivered and I had to pay someone to hand deliver. They said its because of Covid. This is 10 months into a pandemic people, you cant just blame covid for everything.They wont issue a refund & told to call the company and make a complaint since they no longer guarantee anything next day.Then why are you still charging people for Next Day delivery?

Dont ever go here unless you want to ship something including packaging and heavily insured. Other than that they are very rude. In the past they would not accept pre paid packages my company sent me the labels.Go to Rockville Centre store.

Man this place is sad... the Hispanic guys with the slick back hair is one unhappy guy.. I believe he’s a manager. That guy doesn’t seem to like his job at all.. he would literally watch the line get longer as he continues to tape his boxes.. unreal.
Bad customer service. They love to tell you we dont do this and that go to other store, I was sent to garden city main office who doesnt do shipping and packing. Find another UPS store if you can and go there to save yourself time.
Terrible service every time you go in there is a problem always extra charge for service very nasty will use Rvc store little harder to get to but service makes it easier
This UPS location gets the job done! I have come here for many different things - mostly dropping off returns to go back to Amazon! I also had to come here to get fingerprinted and also for a notary. I would strongly recommend coming here for any services they provided.
Theyre not bad here. They do a good job overall. Good employees and friendly and very helpful which I appreciate but the prices are a bit expensive.
Long story short. Missed package delivered here. I came to pick it up. There is no package. Megan, who signed for the package didn’t try to help me find or get the package. She didn’t take the tracking number. She simply insisted it wasn’t at this location.

Been here multiple times and every time there is an issue shipping. When I go to other UPS stores there is no issue with any of my shipments. Every time I have an issue it is when. I have the same employee help me. Today I went to ship out an item which I received from UPS. It had an old UPS label on the box. I was told that she didnt like the box and that I needed to pay for them to rebox the item. I traveled to Garden City UPS store and my shipment went out without issue.

OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE AND HAD NO ACCIDENT REPORTS TO FILL OUT. HELLO TRISH,THERE ARE VIDEO CAMERAS IN THE STORE! I CALLED THE CORPORATE OFFICE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH MARY,THE STORES OWNER. NO RESPONSE. TALK ABOUT RUDE,EVIL PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD!
The big lady with short blond hair is so impatient and rude. I had to return 4 packages to Amazon and I had to insist for her to take her time to scan the return barcodes from my phone because otherwise she told me to go back home with my boxes to print my return slips. She did not even bother to type the return codes to the computer. She told me that ups do not allow that, meanwhile when I go to other ups stores, if they cannot scan the return barcode from my phone, they just type the return code in the computer. At the end she noticed that the scanner she was using was not working properly because she was able to scan directly from my phone with another scanner! I had 4 boxes with me and she was telling me to go back home with them and print my return slips! Really If i did not stood there and insist, she would have not tried another scanner! Just unbelievable and pure laziness!
They charge even for printing label that i paid all through the retail store.
Store is never open on time it says 8 am and they always open at 9 or after 9 like what’s going on! People standing outside on line lady said this is all the time!!
Received a delivery from UPS in error and when I tried to return it so it could be shipped properly they were absolutely no help and wouldnt even accept the package. Horrible customer service.
