Encar D.Details05/10/2017On Jan. 20. 2017 I called Dream Garage USA because my old keypad wouldnt work anymore. Fast forward, I had a problem with the keypad I got from them in April 2017. Just 3 months after! All I wanted to be done is to reprogram or reset the keypad. Called up many times and told me a technician will call me and resolve the issue. To my dismay, no one called me. And Im still waiting up to this time. Bottom line is, this company is quick to get your money. But will never fix any problem that arises, even if their contract says 1 year warranty. They dont honor the contract. It cost me $246 to get a universal keypad from them. That same universal keypad you can get from Amazon less than a $100. They are a rip off!I dont mind spending $246 if they resolve the problem I have right now with the keypad.They ran away with my money! I will never deal with this company ever agan!True, they are personable when they want your business. But once there is a problem, you can kiss your money goodbye. Very disappointed!

Great service, amazing showroom and from the second you walk in you are amazed by the selection and the knowledge of the stuff. We thought of buying a wood door and end up getting the top of the line Fimbel garage doors! Looks exactly like wood without the maintenance. Thank you Dream Garage for helping us to make the right decision. And provide us with the information we were looking for to make the right call. Will recommend to everyone.

They were a dream to work with. We picked a unique door, they installed it as we were building our house. Things got banged out of shape and Merven came back to fix it. He was patient and competent. Thank you.

The service from this company - from Moris in particular - was incredible. I called on a Sunday afternoon with problems I couldnt quite explain. He offered to come by on Monday afternoon.He was on time, very friendly, and worked hard. Rather than fixing things piecemeal, he explained the broad problem, and fixed the door holistically, so that I wouldnt have to call him again too soon. He informed me that my springs are looking old, and that I should think about replacing them, but didnt pressure at all.Oh yeah, and VERY reasonable price, especially for his service.I give this company my highest recommendation
