Wow this is my last time that I go this place the guy is so rude my daughter was very bad to go to the bathroom and the guy said this is not McDonalds to tell u to use the bathroom and I was asking for a favor and that was his answer so I left very upset with daughter because she was almost crying..

The guy at the front was so rude to an elderly man asking for help. I had my hands full and decided to put the liquor down and leave. I’d give zero stars if possible.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I am a big advocate of customer service and this stores sucks at it. I visited this store for the 1st time since its fairly close to me and was never greeted or ask if I needed assistance. When I asked man at the front desk if they had a certain wine he barely acknowledged me. I proceeded to make my selection of a wine wine and noticed one refrigerated so I put the back on the self. As was making my selection the same man that offered no assistance came back and accused me of taking a bottle from the fridge and placing it back on the self. As I explained to him I never even opened the refrigerator door and I put the warm bottle back to get a cold one he just says Oh okay and offered no apology for his mishap. So basically you can get up to profile me but cannot offer a customer any assistance. I will take my money somewhere else with better service.

Sammy is the best. I love this place, the hours and the selection. Not to mention that the prices are awesome too.

This place is not even worth one start, tbe man there always have the nastiest attitude. I dont know how his trying to have customers been so disrespectful to people. Save yourself time and dont go to that place

The guy said we can only shop for 5 minutes and we were there for 7 minutes and told to leave. He was very rude and coughing a lot
