I had what appeared to be a small cut in the driver seat of my Porsche 911. Id heard of Elite and wanted to visit them when I went to Franklin TN for Cars & Coffee. I live 100 miles away and figured that I would get them to see if this was something they could do, I would get on their calendar and then bring the car back another day. I got lucky and they were at Cars & Coffee, they looked at my seat and said to take it to their shop when they opened at 10:00. I took it there and they said they could do it that day and this was on a Saturday. They asked me if Id like them to do some touch up work on my interior door panels and glove box and I said sure. They had the work done a little before 3:00. The quality is amazing and the price was fair for the level of satisfaction I got after seeing those flaws fixed. Dont hesitate to use Elite.

I dropped my car off this morning at 9 AM to have a very torn seat and seat back repaired in my Lexus. I was told the car would be ready at 5:30 by Lane, the owner and when I looked at it, I was amazed. I’m one of these people that you almost don’t want for a customer because my attention to quality and detail is probably more picky than most people. I will pay more for better quality work and I expect it to be high quality. While I was waiting to pay for it, a young man walked up to me and asked if he could help, and I made a comment that whoever did the work on my car really knew what they were doing because the work is exceptional and it looks new. This man identified himself as Caleb and said that he had just finished working on that car and Caleb could not have been more than 22 or 23 years old. For such a young man to have the skills and attention to detail of a more experienced craftsman is a testament to the quality of people who work at Elite. I rarely ever give out recommendations but I feel they deserve my recommendation because of work they do. Would highly recommend that you give them a shot. You will not be disappointed.

These guys are what you look for in a business. Be clear on what you’re looking for and they will let you know what they can do and then deliver on that. They clearly want to do top shelf work and have a friendly staff of people.

Layne and his team did a masterful job restoring our leather sofa, loveseat, and ottoman. All had scratches from our dogs and discoloration from dogs sitting on top of cushions. There were also several places where the stitching was loose. Within one week they worked their magic. They were very professional and nice to work with. The job was quite expensive (due to our type of leather and having part of the work done in our home) but hopefully we will enjoy the results for many years.

One of our dogs punctured the leather in 2 places in the back seat. Elite Restorations made the repairs right away. I cannot even find where the holes were now. The seat looks good as new. It could not have been a better experience. Will definitely use Elite Restorations again if the need arises.

Although my job was very small, Layne immediately took care of it for me, and on a holiday, no less. Its obvious that he loves his work. Terrific shop, unique designs, and the leathers smell heavenly. Ill be back.

Craftsmanship is excellent! Bought a Jag with damage to the leather dash. Very detailed situation and involved multiple pieces and even the removal of the windshield. Had it repaired and replaced. Looks brand new, like it came from the factory. Not sure how they did it but it looks perfect!

Bought car pre owned. Had a big scratch on rear seat. Took to Elite and the scratch is not repaired...it is gone! Good as new. Great value for the money, worked around my schedule, very professional. Could not be more pleased. Highly recommend. Evidently they do furniture too.

Ive had a torn seat in my 2008 Jeep Commander for three years. The wear and tear from getting in and out of it just caused the problem. I thought I would just have to live with it or put on of those miss matched ugly seat covers over it. My wife called them they gave us an estimate. It sounded very reasonable, so we gave it a try. Im telling you the truth looks like it did the day we bought it. We are so pleased that Im no longer thinking about trading.

I had the best experience with Layne at Elite Leather Restoration. I have a 2009 Mercedes Benz SLK 300. Layne was recommended to me so I brought my car to him to have the leather repaired/replaced on the driver side. He took a look and quoted me a very reasonable price. Then he looked at the passenger side and said he could recondition that leather as well. He was very personable and easy to work with! Long story short, he replaced leather on the driver side, reconditioned the passenger seat, made a new gearshift boot, fixed all the dents and scratches in my wheels, polished my headlight lens’ AND fixed a small dent in the passenger side door!! My car looks brand new!! All the work was of the highest quality and again, very reasonably priced. You can tell he enjoys and takes pride in his work. I will not hesitate to return to him if I ever need any other cosmetic work done on my car!! He is THE BEST!!!

Based on the other reviews, I chose Elite Leather Restoration. Every part of the process was as enjoyable as possible. On a limited budget, they were able to incredible work in restoring the leather seats in our 2008 Honda Accord. I was impressed with the quality of the work, the ease of working with the scheduling, the availability of a loaner vehicle, and the attention to detail. The work was finished when promised and the quality was more than I expected. Would definitely use them again if the need were to arise.

Layne at Elite Leather really knows how to bring an autos interior and exterior back to life! He made my Land Cruisers front leather seats look brand new in just a few days. While he was at it, he touched up little exterior things that made my Land Cruiser look new again (removed, re-painted and replaced the Toyota badges on the front and back as well as touched up flaking old pin-stripes). I called over 10 different furniture restoration company’s and nobody had the same level of professionalism as Elite Leather Restoration. They handled my ask in the same day as my phone call.Not only did they fix my chair perfectly, but they accomadated my request to watch them fix it because I was curious about how to take it apart and put it back together.
