Sucks been trying to get them to call me about a car title and they will not answer phone or return my messages 😒

I got a 2000 Ford explorer from drive now and they have been working with me. Life Loves to throw stuff your way and AAG understood this. and has helped any way they can. If I could I,d finance with them again

I purchased a 2010 Nissan Sentra from DriveNow in 2016. Been making weekly payments since. What Im trying to figure out is why my credit report showing Ive paid 100% off but still making payments

Bought a 10 year old car from them. Paid on it for two years, only to be told I owed almost as much as I paid into it. Don’t go here or anywhere near the company unless you want to waste time and money.

This company is crooked. Never ever ever ever buy from them. They are good as far as down payment but anything after that. Horrible agents. Can never speak to supervisors. Stay clear of this company!!!!!!!

They are the corporate office for Drive Now used car lot in Franklin TN. I was sold a 16 year old Celica for a total of $19,000 dollars. Thats 4 years of payments at $400 a month!!! I wish I had never heard of this company or Drive Now!! Dont go near these con artists!!!

I’ve tried calling them multiple times they are reporting twice on my credit reports and when i asked for documentation stating the repossession date and the date is was discharged for collections they ignored me. i will be getting a debt lawyer of they don’t respond

Awful the bait and switch they pulled. Drive now used to service cars still being paid on AAG will no longer honor this. The main reason I went back to BBC (now drive now) is they really worked to keep the customer happy. Now they collect money

Can not get ahold of anyone from AAG! Very upset, you call and it tells you to either press 9 for a directory which is useful if you know who you need to talk to. Or press 0 or remain on the line to speak to someone. When you press 0 it is an invalid entry and if you remain on the line it hangs up.

Going out of business. I purchased my car from the Drive Now lot in Murfreesboro, backed by AAG Financial. I never had an issue with setting up arrangements when I needed to push a payment back to accommodate other bills. They reported to the credit bureaus for me to help my credit history. I paid off the loan just a couple of months ago after getting a loan with better rates thanks to AAGs reporting. All in all, as long as I kept up with my end of the contract, so did AAG even when Drive Now was no longer in business.

I bought a car from them 4 years ago for 12,000. They kept refinancing my car without me knowing and want send me any type of paper work . They are still saying i owe over 9,000 after 4 years and 300 a month note! THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE AND THEY REPORT EVERYTHING TO THE CREDIT BUREAUS!!!! AAG IS HORIBBBBBLLLLEEEE!!!!!
