Needed two windows for our house & theyre an abnormal size & since the frame was damaged (the windows were broken because someone threw a rock at them on the 4th of July) we didnt trust ourselves to size them. Asked the owner to come out & measure them, they didnt want to do it because of COVID supposedly. (I think they didnt want to cause we werent sure if we could afford the windows based on average department store rates) Finally convinced them to come out. 2 days later, they come over & measure the window within 5 mins and then theyre done but cant even give me a guess quote. They tell me theyll get back with me as soon as they get to their shop & I waited almost whole day before they contacted me again. It was $150 per window, without installation, which they didnt want to do either.Whatever, we paid for the 2 over the phone & they said they would get with me the following Wednesday, so 5 days, & we could come to get our windows. Its now been almost a month & we STILL havent heard from them...Ive called over 15 times. Most of the time I get a busy tone & am unable to reach anyone or leave a message. The rest of the times have rung until it said ”you may dial your extension now” & then hangs up on you.I dont live far from the place but if I really have to walk into this building in order to know ANYTHING about my paid windows, Im going to lose it!This year has been tough on everyone but if youre gonna be this difficult at every turn, you shouldnt have such praise from everyone locally I know...UPDATE:So, finally got in contact with them & they came & installed the windows literally the next day. It didn’t take long at all, even though our situation was particularly difficult because of the broken window. The windows look awesome! Definitely feeling the warmth/coolness staying in the house. I’m very pleased & would recommend them to anyone.

Great place to go to get glass or mirrors cut. Odd hours but they cut my mirrors while I waited. Exact to my measurements and wasnt in the store more than 10 minutes. Very nice gentlemen and they helped me load the mirrors after. This kind of service is rare. I expected to drop them off and get back in a week. This was an awesome experience. Will bring all my glass work there.

Awful service. Used them in the past with no issue on some rentals. They got a big job and told me they dont have time for the little stuff. had cracked windows and ordered replacements 60 days ago for an inspection and no reply back. No replies back from emails.Finally called and Scott told me off and then hung up on me. Call a handyman service before these clowns.

We live in Indiana and still drive an hour for their services. Custom cut mirrors and glass.
