Was first time Ive been back to the Franklin restaurant since the fire. It was the best cheese steak sandwich Ive ever had. The staff were awesome! Especially the lady with her arm in a sling. I didnt get her name, but she was especially helpful. She deserves praise. I definitely will be back soon and often! Ty so much.

Accurate, fast and furious service. I have an import and the man admitted that he doesn’t work on Imports often. No joke, the man spent that evening reviewing my vehicle online and learning about it just so that he can fix my car the next day. That is the type of extra effort you look for in a mechanic.

Brian does an excellent job. I have used him several times and referred friends. Really seems to care about getting things right. Also very honest and cost conscious-both of which are hard to find in a mechanic.

Great experience reasonable pricing quick turn around on service

I took our Subaru to Brian last week. He was able to diagnose, fix, get part in and be done in 30 minutes. and over the weekend we still had a leak. I took it to newkirk and dropped it off and they used dye to find out where the leak was. It was the same part Brian had fixed days before. However, newkirk said it was a very old part they removed. I took it back to Brian Wednesday and he said he doesnt do refunds and wouldnt talk to me and just turned around and left. BEWARE. DONT GO THERE

Will continue with their services......UPDATE*This place is a joke, after getting my car back and told to pay up.....I noticed said service wasnt done. When I went back to complain the next day the place wasnt open. I watched 3 different people turn away from door, last was 45min after place was supposed to b open. Go to Woods in Whiteland, much better service and quality without the over charging underworked service.
