Worst auto repair experience of my life. I drove my car up there for minor repairs and when I picked it up it was undrivable the mechanic was defensive and offered no reasonable explanation as to what happened and why my car wasn’t running when it was running fine when I drove it up there and dropped it off, he even called me a liar the power steering he was paid to fix went out within the first block of leaving the place. I will never take my cars here again and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

I answered an add from this Caleb guy to buy a boat. We agreed that I could drive to springboro and meet anytime after 12:30pm. I even messaged him at noon to let him know I was on my way. I arrived a little bit early, so I waited until 12:30 to message him and no response. I drove around for 30 min and messaged him again and still, no response. In fact, he didnt even read my message until around 4 hours later, still with no response. If this is how he does business, I would definitely not recommend him.

Customer service is amazing!! A friend and I were on our way to Kings Island amusement park when our tire came loose, we stopped in and they took care of the car while giving us a ride to and from Kings Island! ( 40 minutes total driving ) Super friendly staff!

I used to go here all the time with previous owners,they were really nice and helpful. but with new owners, they just lost a customer, brought my chevy 94, coolant temperature sensor needed to be changed i said okay how much with parts and labor, guy told me 77$ for parts and 30$ for to replace the coolant temp sensor. $77 sounded unreal, went to autozone and got it for $14.99

The new owner is the sweetest very polite and he works great with everyone that comes thru the doors hes got a great team and they defently know what there doing and have amazing prices on there vehicles everyone should go check them out

Told me that Ford was still responsible for repair even though me warranty expired
