I’m so glad I decided to take a look inside. For starters the customer service was superb by the owners with helping me to choose the perfect balloon. Thinking I’ve seen all the balloons they had, they then showed me a book and drawers of more balloons to choose from Wow!Just tell them your theme or colors and they helped me put everything together. Also unlike other “party” companies they had more colors to choose from instead of just the silver or gold when it comes to those balloon filled numbers. Very Cool!The lovely owners made my experience all the more special.I’m definitely buying from BALLOONEE TOONZ for all of my Special Occasion Balloons here on out.Thank You 🎈

I called with less than 24hrs notice to order a 35 balloon order. The gentleman at the shop not only took the time to explain my options, but went out of his way to aid me in getting the large set into my vehicle. Not easy to work with. I designed a window display that I needed for a business and they wouldnt stop to see the location without a fee. In the end, when the project was due to be installed, they tell me they have no balloons. Will never work with them again.

I found Balloonee Toonz online while looking for a local place to deliver a balloon arrangement. Tracy provided outstanding service! He spent close to 45 minutes on the phone with me, helping me to select balloons to put in the arrangement, texting me pictures of what they had in stock, and explaining why its best to deliver balloons when someones home, especially during winter. The arrangement was much larger and customized from what I could have gotten from an online chain, and the price was reasonable. I have already told co-workers about the amazing experience and will definitely contact Balloonee Toonz next time I need balloons!

I had a bad experience with a big party store chain and needed a last minute balloon bouquet for my daughters birthday. Found this place and they were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. I got more than I was even going to get bc they were so great. They also incorporated balloons I brought in from a different company and made it look amazing. All within 10 minutes time. Saved my daughters birthday. I will never go to another place. They have my balloon business for life.

I bought some defective latex balloons, I called the owner and he blamed the manufacturer. I understand you don’t make them but you sell them. That’s like target selling a shoddy product and having the workers/management blame the manufacturer...He didn’t apologize or offer a refund. Poor service in my opinion.

I called to inquire if they blow up balloons not purchased from them (purchased online) and the guy who answered the phone immediately said “no we do not and you are not going to find anyone that does this for you” also added “balloons you buy online tend to pop and are not good quality” I was turned off by his negative tone and guess what??? I did find a store in oak creek that offers this service so Please Stop speeding false information

Every balloon you can think of they have. Excellent service and competitive prices. They also warranty their balloons if they pop right away. They really care about their customers. I will be going back for my next party.

I have used this store 3 times and counting due to their quality and customer service. The owners take their time to answer all questions, and provide recommendations that have always enhanced my events.

Called a day in advance to ask about a special balloon and their hours. He told me he was closing at 3pm on Saturday (posted hours stated 4pm). When I arrived at 2:30 That next day to ensure I could pick up my balloon he was closed. When I called to question why, he blatantly lied to me, stating he remembered my conversation from the day before and that he told me he was closing at 2pm. If you had said 2pm Sir, I would have come before that. Very rude. I will continue using Party City and make sure all of my Franklin family never uses this place.

Very displeased with the customer service. Called to ask a simple question about having pre-bought balloons blown up for my daughters graduation party and was spoken to by a female with a serious attitude. Very degrading and speaks to adults as if theyre children in a mental institution. Will NOT be doing business with them. I get you going on vacation is important, but no way to speak to a potential customer.

Stopped in the store this afternoon and purchased 6 latex balloons among other items to use for family pictures. 3 of the balloons immediately popped once they were taken out of the bag. We were unable to use the balloon for pictures. Very disappointed with the quality and appeared that the balloons were over filled with helium.
