Dylan provided my wife and I with an absolutely fantastic experience while buying our new VW! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful during the whole process. He kept in contact with us and made sure we found what we were looking for which was tough during these current times! His manager, Spencer, was also a pleasure to work with. Night and day difference in customer service when compared to the other dealerships we looked at. Im very glad we got the opportunity to work with them both, and even happier to be first time VW owners! A+ job, and keep up the good work guys!

WARNING: Service department is now trying to pass off a 3% credit card processing fee onto customers with a surcharge prompt on the credit card machine. This is not included on the invoice or mentioned prior to being prompted to accept it as youre running your card.Also, invoice came out $100 higher for replacement tires even though I had a quote already from their own website when I scheduled the appointment.Their service dept staff and techs are top notch: friendly, knowledgeable and more than willing to go the extra mile, but management is making sketchy and dishonest decisions. The North Nashville dealership is in the same family so until they get their act together Ill be getting my service in Murfreesboro.

Waited two weeks for a service appointment for warranty service for a leaking sunroof. Once I dropped the car off, they had it for 13 days before I told them they were done. No loaner, just empty promises of a rental. When I did get the car back, they wrote it up as could not reproduce. Roof leaked the next day. They might have a great sales department but, what is that worth if the service department is terrible?

Everyone here was so amazing and nice. They all worked so hard to make sure we went home with exactly wanted I wanted, not just needed. 🥰And I cannot say enough about our sales lady, who i literally think of as a friend now.The best sales Rep EVER, Faith Keaskowski and me. Had our vehicle in this shop for over a month. Never could get anyone to answer the phone or return our calls regarding the status of our car. Was promised a loaner vehicle multiple times that we never got and ended up spending over $1k on a rental because they will not ever call you back.They basically held the car hostage for a month, never did update me or tell me what was wrong with it, and I couldnt even get it moved to a different shop because again NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONEAnd when you ask for the store owner or a corporate number to try and escalate the issue, (sales are the only people who answer, but youll never get connected to the shop)they refuse to give it to you and hang up. Like seriously if you press 0 to be connected to an operator there, even that rolls to a voice-mail. Useless.Will never go back.

HORRIBLE service center. We took our vehicle in for 40k mile regular service. When we went to pick it up, the check engine like was suddenly on (note - it was not on when we dropped it off). We were told they “don’t have anyone to work on that during the weekend”. A reputable business would correct the issue they caused. Not to mention the employees were snarky, rude, and unhelpful. NEVER doing business here again and you shouldn’t either.

I’ve been going to this dealership for quite awhile. Lately I’ve noticed the courtesy in the service department has declined. Last time I was there. The gentleman was rather snippy and condescending. I let that go, thought everyone has a bad day. Unfortunately my opinions have changed. I had a set of new tires put on. I drove it home and looked at the tires. Something was off. I checked them. Passenger side tires were both 35. Drivers rear was 30. Drivers front was 22. Of course the tire pressure system wasn’t set in the car either. Seriously not cool. Completely disgusted and disillusioned. I’m not sure where to take my vehicle now. I don’t think I want to go back there.

We had the most satisfying and painless car buying experience with Faith at VW Cool Springs and she has mastered the art of selling remotely. Our family was relocating from Hawaii and the 5 hour time difference was not a problem for Faith. We looked at the inventory online with her guidance, scheduled a FaceTime test drive. She thoroughly described everything, sharing the features, benefits, etc. We established trust immediately and the joint transparency of our budget, needs and challenges of buying while not ever having the opportunity to see this style automobile and being many miles away - easy and seamless. Her follow-up and attention to detail were first rate and there was ABSOLUTELY NO PRESSURE or typical car sales approach. Let me also say, she was the only sales person in all of Nashville (out of least 12 at many brand dealerships) that followed up and wanted to help us (genuinely). We were not looking to purchase a VW but because of her service and care we did. WE love our Arteon and will without doubt refer everyone we to know to faith. SHE is REAL and it is obvious. Not something you see. Lastly, we also wanted to also acknowledge her co-worker Justin. When we went to pick up the car upon arrival to Nashville, Fatih was out of town. Faith was the perfect sales person! We bought the “preloved” car we found online, and Faith orchestrated the whole process seamlessly! It ended up being a simple transaction with no unnecessary sales tactics. I even learned a new term that day. I like it. Preloved! The car was definitely in that category. Out of all the cars I had seen in our online search, it was by far the nicest kept vehicle on the roster. We look forward to getting the ID 4 next. Definitely will not come there again! I go to there to check my air conditioner because the wind is not cool. They told me I need to change a Valve, which will cost me $850. I said It’s too expensive, and I will not repair it. Then, they charged me a diagnose fee for $136, and they said it’s a discount!

Turned in my older Tiguan lease for the newer model. I worked with Mike Williams and he was really easy to work with. I believe he got me a great deal on my new lease and the car has more upgraded features than I previously had in my old Tiguan. Had a bad experience with the prior ownership of this dealership but the new management was easier to work with and more knowledgeable.

I just had the most impressive customer service experience. My car was serviced on Monday and something minor was missed. While it was minor in nature it irritated me greatly. I responded so to the survey not really expecting a response just kinda blowing off steam. Not only did I get a response, but the service team made time to come to where my car was(not close to them at all) and complete the minor repair. Then offered a discount on my next service. THIS WAS A-1 service and I am thankful!!

I was greeted by a wonderful and caring lady named Faith. She not only made our fears of a bad purchase go away, but she also made me and my wife feel not like customers but more like family and was very genuine and sincere. Upon leaving the store she could have just let us go after making her sell, but did not as she thanked us for coming and spending the time with her to make the purchase of our new vehicle. If more sales personnel were like this young lady we would have found our home of vehicle purchases a long time ago and would never have to worry about the fear of purchasing a bad vehicle ever. I went here a couple weeks ago to get the 30000 mile service on my Passat, due to the fact that the dealership in Murfreesboro is terrible and I didnt want to make the drive to Chattanooga.Honestly, here is my opinion of everything:1. First, making the initial appointment was challenging. Getting someone on the phone was a process.2. Second, changing my appointment was easy. This is because the system is automated.3. Third, before I came in, I asked what all is needed at 30000 miles and was told an oil change. When I got there, I was told a brake service was also needed, which is an extra 150 dollars. If I had known that ahead of time, I would have budgeted for that. Since I was not told this, I will have to take it back and lose another day of work.4. Fourth, I came in 15 minutes early. I ended up sitting two and a half hours for what I was told would take an hour. This cost me money, as by time I got done, the day was shot.I will not be returning to this dealership in the future. If I wanted laziness and inefficiency, I would have purchased a cheap used car. My advice is make the drive to Chattanooga.

Here is how our experience went.....we havent ever had such great customer service and helpfulness from a salesman before. Faith is the salesman that you will want to ask for. She was so excited to help us figure out which car was perfect for us. She did everything in her power to assist us with our questions or found out exactly what we wanted to know. She didnt give you that run around feeling. She especially didnt give you that leach salesman feeling. Unprofessional service. Drove 43 miles to dealer. Scheduled service and loaner two weeks in advance as I work 12 hour shifts and do not have anyone to pick me up and can’t wait at the dealer for 4 to six hours. Get there “We’re sorry we don’t have a loaner for you, it got taken out of commission this morning “ Though they couldn’t call to tell me this before I drove 43 miles and had to be at work. Asked to speak to the manager said it would be 10 mins. Had to get up and ask again. Finally said he was sorry, give him 5 more mins. Said I had to leave in a few, he got busy doing something else, was not concerned what so ever when I walked out. Called back to speak with the main dealer manager. It’s been 3 hours and I’m still waiting. You have lost my business.

It appears hes not all that concerned with the bad reviews from customers he has lost. Because I still have yet to get an email or response. My information is in my profile at the dealer. Took my Atlas in on May 27 for an engine fault light and collected car with warranty work performed on May 28. Today, June 1 the same engine fault appears and cannot get my service adviser on phone to address the issue and reschedule. some one in appointment bookings said they could schedule at the earliest next week. very disappointed as my family have bought 3 cars from VW Cool Springs, 2 within the past two years.

Ive called the dealer twice in the last week to schedule a service because Ive received 2 urgent recall notices in the mail. VW Cool Springs has my cell phone and e-mail but I have yet to hear from them. I have known about one of the recall items since 2018, but every time I call, VW says they do not have the part. Why should VW send out recall notices if 1. They dont have the part and 2. They never reply to service requests?

NEVER AGAIN. We brought our car in for an oil change, waited twice as long as we were told, then were asked to come back on a different day to get a tire replaced because they didn’t have any in the shop. We were supposed to hear back quickly, but instead it took nearly a month! And that was only because WE CALLED THEM!And here’s where it gets even worse... I called three times in one week just to be sure that if we took the drive to the dealership that everything would be ready to go. I was told that this process, once we arrived, would take 90 to 120 minutes. I thought this was actually quite high to replace ONE TIRE, but I had no choice. When we returned to have that tire swapped out on our car it took nearly 6 hours!! SIX HOURS... of waiting, stranded there with our child and nothing but awful customer service and undelivered promises. The person we dealt with was Eric, who knew we were coming yet was unprepared. Who over-promised and consistently under-delivered. Who told us just to go home and wait, even though my husband had to take time off work for this. Who had no empathy yet fake apologies. How? How is he working there and the service advisor, when the only service he knows about is bad service? How? Unless someone else is in charge, we will NEVER return, and you shouldn’t waste your time either. Hopefully this review can save someone else the frustration that we’ve dealt with over these 4 weeks.

10/10 - easiest car purchase ever. Staff was polite, patient, and no pressure! ? Salesmen, Marshall and Bradley, were awesome. Made sure we were seen in a timely manner. And our time was not wasted. No complaints. Had been driving Honda’s (4 over time). But Marshall and Bradley had a great deal on a Jetta. After test drive, I was sold. Love it. Again, at no point were we pressured to buy extra products or warranties. Offered but not pressured. Salesmen and finance staff “read the room” and let the additions go as we had met our price and that was that. Plan to return when it’s time for another car.

8/2020 is when Volkswagen got my 2012 Passat TDI and I STILL HAVE YET TO GET IT BACK! The car is under warranty for the turbo charger. They continue to push the dates back still and do not have a confirmed time when I get the back. I’m only 23 years old and thought this was going to be a great car right out of college but I was wrong. Volkswagen is wrong for the service they have provided me and the damage they have done to me.

I give VW of Cool Springs no stars. We have taken my husbands Passat into this dealer for repair (under warranty) twice in the last 8 weeks, both times for check engine light. Once they take your car in they dont call you with status, dont answer the phone and the only way to get answers is to show up at the dealership. This second time, our car has now been there a week and no one has called with status nor do they answer or return calls. I have never had car service this bad and will never buy a VW again.

Our agent on the phone was great. With kindness and graciousness changed our appointment time, no problem. Disappointed in the online appointment scheduling system does not show more options that are clearly available as shown when I called. Finally the big bigaboo...the quote for service in person was NOT the final bill by $200. You simply CANNOT do that to a customer. Bait and switch tactics - considering a google/Yelp review warning other customers. Just havent gotten around to it. Wish there was another authorized dealer I can take my car to.

The people who make up this dealership are friendly, fun and professional. After having such a positive sales experience, I have recommended friends and family to come check out VW of Cool Springs. Before we even started looking for one he made sure he knew my style and what I would like to see myself in including my budget. He was very honest when I asked him questions regarding each car . He was also very patient. Most car salesmen are very pushy but he was not.
