I recently needed some Doc Martens for an event and went to Journeys because they have the best selection of in-stock Docs around. I wasnt quite sure what style to get but the sales person, Kirby, took the time to hear me describe what I was looking for. She then suggested several styles and showed me what was available both in-stock and to order. I ended up ordering a style that works great. The shoes came exactly when she said they would and everything was smooth and pleasant. They have wonderfully patient and helpful sales staff, and Kirby did an especially good job of making it a great experience.
