Service and food are always amazing. Staff is always welcoming with smiles on their faces (even behind masks). Location is also great. Always a must visit for me, when I come into town for work. JL never disappoints

Ive been to the Brentwood location many many times but I Just Love this location too. (Get it?) 😉 Its bigger than the other location and beautiful inside. I had a very delicious lotus latte this morning with a scrumptious jalapeño avocado toast. Yumm! I think the menus are the same, they had all our old favorites there. Just moved back in the area and this is a little closer so well be back again and again as its one of our staple breakfast spots. Good service too!

This is the coffee shop of any and all Titans fans. On top of having great coffee and waffle all the things for breakfast, or lunch, its decked out with Titans murals, and themes courtesy of #53 himself.

Great for Coffee, breakfast or lunch. This location has a more soho vibe that fits the McEwen North feel.Definitely get some of their signature drinks but also try all of the waffles. I love the Flying Pig is amazing. Bacon and eggs in a waffle. Boom. Berry Berry Bo Berry is also a favorite.

The atmosphere is very friendly and service was quick. I had a delicious pumpkin spice with almond milk. I ask the man next to me how was the food and he said great. I look forward to trying out the waffles.

The price of this restaurant is listed as $. I found the prices to be unreasonably high compared to the quality of the food. My wife and I paid just over $50 for two omelets and three drinks. I didnt expect to pay gourmet or fine-dining prices for fast chain food. There are lots of places in Franklin that are cheaper and have much better quality food. If you have the money and just want to try something new, this place is fine as long as your expectations arent high.

One thing I did notice besides how good the coffee and food were was how clear everything was. Very impressed! Love something here to eat and just enjoy some good coffee.

We love Just Love Coffee. We frequent the one in Spring Hill. This location in Franklin is much smaller and has minimal seating indoors. Jenis and other businesses are in walking distance nearby. Note: There is plenty of outdoor seating in the area. The bubbling fountain out front of the cafe makes for a nice atmospheric backdrop if you choose to sit outside.Tables inside are epoxied with newspaper clips. Chairs and stools are industrial-style. Very trendy. One wall (left of entrance) features a mural by norfstudios at the moment. I assume they will change it up seasonally. Pictures of the mural and food we ordered are present in this review.I had the spinach feta womelette and small almond milk matcha latte. My husband had the sausage egg cheese biscuit and large mocha. The food was delicious. Service was great. The mocha was a bit lukewarm but still good. If youre in the Franklin area, I highly recommend you stop for a bite.Covid-19 note: Masks are worn until you have a seat. Disposable masks are supplied. Sanitizer stations are set up across the entire cafe. Employees are always masked.

This is an AMAZING location with a winning staff and owner. The coffee is almost an art form here and the service above and beyond anything I have received in any similar venue. The parking leaves a bit to be desired but as long as you can parallel you should be good. Even if you cannot parallel it is WORTH the walk from any nearby lot.We drive 20 miles each way to enjoy this location and have no regrets.

Excellent baristas making quality breakfast and coffee. Great menu choices, delicious ‘womelet’ (waffle omelette), and avocado toast. We came here several times during our stay and they always greet us nicely.

Just Love is one of my favorite brunch restaurants to go to! The staff at this location was very sweet and the atmosphere was bright and full of love for our Titans players! I always recommend going to a JL and you wont be disappointed!

When I am in town, I make it a point to come to this specific coffee shop and location. The staff is lovely work with (no pun intended with the name of the company) and often enthusiastic. I met a friendly, young man named Noah today, and it was a pleasure speaking with him today. He was very personable. Thank to the staff for a wonderful experience each time I come in!

Fantastic coffee shop and eatery! Super friendly staff who always go above and beyond. I frequently visit with my children (one of them picks the Fruity Pebbles waffle at Just Love over Jeni’s when given the option!). Efficient and accurate with orders and the place has the best vibes especially when the front windows are open. Highly recommend!

Please put a sign out that lists the hours of operation. Also make a note that the kitchen closes at 5pm on the website and on the storefront. I just wasted my time driving here when you randomly decide to close your kitchen at 5pm and I walked in at 5:03pm.

This evening was my second time eating here. I love the food choices. Sometimes you just need a waffle and bacon. Although my partner loved the club sandwich. I love the fun lattes. Tonight I did the toffee latte And the drip coffees are awesome. The location and parking is very convenient. I refuse to go anywhere in which it’s a pain to park. The best part of the entire place is the awesome staff. They’ve made my day both times. One particular employee I’ve seen twice- I think his name is Carolis. I have no idea how to spell it. He is a sweetheart. I will be a regular here now.

Welcoming and warm environment that’s a local business where some of the proceeds go towards a really good charity. I work at an ice cream shop nearby and I always go to Just Love on my break!! They always have the most amazing service!! There’s 2 female baristas that are my absolute favorite and it always brightens up my day when I see them!! Everyone is so sweet and it’s just an amazing atmosphere!! The food is also amazing!! My favs are the white chocolate raspberry scones and muffins as well as the iced loose leaf teas!! They’re great mid-shift snacks!! I’ll definitely keep coming here regularly!!!

Had been to the Just Love in Spring Hill before and saw that this location just recently opened near us. Since we had a good experience before, my wife and I decided to try it out. This location blew it out of the water! The food is 100% better. The coffee is 100% better. And the service is 1000% better. The owner supports the foster care community and seems to be a great person. He is not just an owner but was actually the one writing up your order then went in the kitchen to help prepare the food. That is a pure example of leadership. We will be making this our go to spot for anything coffee or breakfast related and telling everyone we know. Glad it’s so close by!

This location is probably THE BEST coffee shop in Franklin or Brentwood! The staff are very friendly and take “service” seriously. Seems like it’s getting harder to find places where the employees actually enjoy serving the customers (part of the experience you are paying for!) that come into their facility. I’ve been here several times and these guys and gals seem to do just that. The cafe mochas are my favorite and they make them perfectly! My only critique is that the ambiance could be a little more cozy than it is now. It feels very industrial when you’re inside. An electric fireplace installed in a false wall and a cozy couch with maybe a couple of high back chairs would be perfect. But I’m no interior designer, lol.

Staff was unbelievable sweet and welcoming. The lady who stood my order personally sanitized my table and created me a beautiful dairy free beverage (the Lumberjack with oat milk and extra froth). The only downfall this location had was an EXTREMELY loud TV...which was inconvenient since I was trying to study.

It’s so great to have a Just Love in Franklin now. Service was great today and the food and coffee were delicious. Thank you Keith Bulluck for bringing it here - BTW, Keith made our Bacon Tater waffle today and it was crispy and awesome!
