Its a nice Pilot, very much like many Pilots. Theres even a Waffle House basically in the parking lot. Theres a lot of parking spaces, BUT......As stated in another post, there simply isnt enough room between rows to make backing or pulling out safe for the average driver. Im sure they have a high accident rate here. I had to move my truck over in the space just so the driver next to me could get out without hitting me. I had parked using a pull through, so I was pretty even between the lines. While Im sitting this, Im watching a driver pulling a Schneider trailer (in picture) trying to pull out. The driver pulled forward and backed up 3 times trying to pull out.The other issue, and this may be a recent issue, would be the showers. Theyre nice and clean, but the water temperature isnt very good. I was here doing a 34 and I took mostly cool showers.Overall, the staff has been very friendly and the store very clean. Its just the parking lot is the biggest drawback here.

Place seems like any other Pilot with one difference. There is simply not enough room to accommodate Sleeper trucks with 53 trailers. The space between rows NEED to be expanded, like yesterday. I actually witnessed another trucker in the opposite row needing to back up so another trucker could actually fit into the spot he was attempting to back into. I dont know if this place has a reputation or not but it wouldnt surprise me to find out it has a high vehicle incident rate.

They double parked in front of the fuel pumps and park all over the back end of the fuel pumps, so its a nightmare trying to get fuel. Luckily I was just here to park overnight.

They are asking if we want to round up for a veterans program. I ask 2 times I have been in there, who is the company or people running this program? Answers are I dont know.?Besides the place being like a highschool by the way they act. Customers dont need to hear and see all of that.

A one-star rating is what they deserve because every time I come here the showers always have cold water bad customer service at times. it dont matter what shower I am in cold water. Then they have the nerve to have the AC on right over the shower when its cold, and its cold outside. Then dont let me get on the parking situation nightmare. Trucks park at the pumps then go in to take a shower

Got here on a Sunday night around 7pm and was able to find parking in the back row. There were several other spots available as well. But beware, you need to be confident in your backing skills. These spaces doesnt leave much room for error. I was really impressed to see how well the parking area was lit up at night. I felt safe enough to get out and walk around to stretch my legs. Awesome! The people inside were very welcoming and friendly. The restrooms and the store was clean and tidy. If you cant stomach Subway or Dunkin Doughnuts (like me) there are a couple of other restaurants within walking distance. Overall I had a good experience.

I would like to no why u are allowing truckers to drop there trailers and them pull next to their trailer when u have bobtail parking? This is in the regular spot not a prepaid spot. Went inside and was told wasnt nothing they could so.

Just like all other Pilot/Flying J it’s all about them (the company itself) always have to wait for someone to clean out a shower, unlike Petro/TA as soon as your done with your shower they are in there cleaning it out. There is No Reason whatsoever for these people to wait until a driver needs a shower and have to find someone to clean it, totally uncalled for. It’s not just this place, it’s all of them..

Been here twice. Getting someone to do their job here at subway or Dunkin Doughnuts without getting attitude is nearly impossible. Ill go to Loves travel stops. Waited at the order spot this morning for 5 minutes. I than scooted over to the middle where I could see them in the back, one playing on her phone, other is working. I get the eye roll from both, I ask if I could get help at Subway. Immediate attitude that someone will be right there. I than walk over to subway. She goes to Dunkin register and asks, dont you want something. I told her I wanted subway, another attitude, says it dont open till 8. Well excuse me!!! May be the hours should be posted and make it look like it actually closed.

This is a busy location, less than 100 yards from I75. It is an older location, making it a little smaller. They have renovated and it looks nice. Staff has always been friendly.

Needs to offer better OTR items. Toilet paper, paper towels, can items, beans, ravioli etc...The store is clean and if you like subway your in business. Drive safe out there my driver friends😎🌴😎

Super tight parking but the showers are very clean comparatively. The water pressure was great. The temperature varied from perfectly hot (I like fairly hot showers) to a mildly cool shower. The parking lot is trashed but thats the nasty drivers fault. Some of these truckers have no respect. Its sad. Other than that it seems ok. I will avoid this one in the future just because of the parking. It makes a ripe environment for accidents.

Park your truck here and come to the home cooked restaurant at the marathon, the food places here are closed because people dont want to work

My Girls are here and just loyal staff (HOWEVER!!!) THER ARE!! ARE a few I do not care for and do not feel they are not a very good fit for the retail industry and some of these staff members are of higher rank unfortunately. For example I purchase and love your chicken flats and was cheated and was misled on the amount of how many I was allowed in my purchase price of $7.99 if I have to pay that for 5 wings I will go to another restaurant where I will get more for my purchase amount but remember every other pilot gives us 6 and I always purchase a double batch and I always go brocke every week to invest in your establishment we are loyal pilot but the this particular lead cook is a pain JUDGMENTAL to hard and unfair on good workers myself being an former mgt with 2 degrees almost bachelors degree in business administration and accounting and pre law know the difference. Other than that my girls CHAR, Rosie, Nia, Lola, Nayna, Kim, the New girl BRILLIANT smile beautiful personality great cook Ashley, Tiffany, Steve, Eddie, Johnathan, OMAR, My boss man Tim, Bobby, Dre, John are my PEEPS THEY ARE WONDERFUL FAMILY THEY WATCH MY BACK ESPECIALLY WHEN I WAS IN MY CAR I STILL DONT HAVE A HOME DUE TO A DWELLING DISASTER AND A DISHONEST LANDLORD BUT TEST ARE IN AND TRUTH IS CLEAR, AND THESE PPL MADE SURE I WAS SAFE I HAVE AND HAVE AN INCOME THEREFORE I Paid my own way a lot happened to us and its still happening but PILOT HELD OUR HAND.THANKS FOR SAMS JOURNEY

Am here almost every single day and andrea who work at the time am here at 430am I have to say gets everything done she knows me by name but the old lady who works at this time when adrea is off dose not do anything till close to the end of her shift and am sorry she needs to be fired everytime this old lady works I never able to get something to eat because she is to danm lazy to do her job

Facilities have always been reasonably clean and well maintained whenever I visit. Staff friendly. Big rig parking is sorta tight. No separate RV parking.

Most useless pilot, parking spot poorly drawn leaving no space to back up and park. It’s 10pm and dozen of trucks are struggling to park even in the open double or triple spaces . Very useless

As a professional driver I use Pilot Flying J quite frequently. Tonight my experience was unlike any other, I wanted to make a purchase of some drinks and snacks, whenever I walked up to the counter it took a second before the cashier greeted me, I figured she was busy doing something until she went to ring up my items it was at that point that I realized she was BLITZED OUT OF HER MIND!! To the point that she was literally falling asleep and almost fell over a few times. The other woman that was there (I believe but Im unsure if she was the manager) kept giving me dirty looks as Im standing there waiting on the cashier to complete my transaction which took about 10 minutes to complete. Im not sure what she was on but she definitely doesnt need to be working in that condition.

Another pilot with cold showers. Would have been warmer if I jumped in a nearby pond for a shower. These people dont understand what a hot clean shower is obviously. Completely autistic.

Who ever design this parking lot need they a$$ kick. There is not enough room to even pull out in the morning. PSA: been driving for yrs so backing up is not a problem. Driver’s only stop if it’s a emergency for parking or fuel, because someone will take the nose of your truck off.

This place is poor!!! Lets take out the pizza hut express and put in a dunkin donuts (like why the hell would they do that!!) I person working subway, 5 people in line waiting. 3 people working the pilot counter standing around doing nothing. Just amazing! Dont visit, dont waste your time.

Subway and dunkin close at 9pm and roller grill was empty. Don’t plan on eating if you stop. Waste of time. I’ll never understand why a truck stop would let a franchisee that refuses to be open 24hrs operate under their roof. Trucking is a 24 hour business.

I had very disappointing experience with this place. Today I got prime parking online. When I picked up ticket and receipt they told me that parking is all the way back. Area is very tight to park in and very hard to get out. Before it used to be first row with easy access to park. Not any more.Now this geniuses want your $15 then screw you up with tight parking area. Way to go clowns. Ill never ever do any business with this ridiculous place again.

They moved prime parking spaces to the last row all the way to the back. AND..The row in front of Prime parking....Well the drivers in front park so close.To maneuver into the Prime parking was a real challenge. Some drivers park at the Clean energy because they cant park their truck. You pay for parking to get good parking.I wont pay for parking here again. Unless they change it back like it was. All and all Staff was nice though.

I am a woman OTR truck driver and when I pay for parking I expect to at least feel a little safe. Not here, paid for Premium Parking to have a parking spot when I got there because I new it would be late and I delivered at Amazon the next morning. PREMIUM PARKING here is the very back row, 200 yards from the building, NO lighting, and within 20min of parking Lot Lizards were knocking on the door. I will NEVER pay for parking at this Pilot or any other Pilot again. I will share this with all Women over the road and my company drivers. Just sick to death of drivers being taken advantage of.

Great place to stop at. Hot showers with great pressure. Love the fact they have a DD that opens at 4am! And a waffle house in the same lot.I would have given 5 stars if I didnt have to wait an hour and a half for towels. It wasnt busy inside when I pulled in.

I stopped at this one after stopping at many of them during Hurricane Michael. I couldnt believe they wanted $1.65 for a refill of coffee!. One of the other pilot Traverse stations I stopped at in Cordele Georgia on the day hurricane Michael hit landfall there were pieces of that gas station and their trash cans bouncing off of my truck and damaging my Harley-Davidson motorcycle in side a camper shell. So Im not very happy or impressed with pilot gas stations at all they are way overpriced they wanted $12.95 to take a shower. Unbelievable. They should have been offering anything they could two people that were fleeing the hurricane instead of digging so damn deep into their pocket. Shame on you guys. That picture was the only one that I could get taken because me and my dog were in the truck scared to death and I wasnt thinking about taking pictures. But that big piece of sheet metal over there against that car that smashed the back of the car busing is lice and dent in the bumper bounced off the back of my truck before it went over there.

Worst customer service ever! I waited in line for a shower for an hour and a half, turns out no one was cleaning them plus all of them except one was open! I really do hope $15 an hour doesn’t get passed cause this service isn’t worth that!!!!

This place is ok

This was a welcome stop on my travel of the middle of the night. The Travel Center here is well kept and has many items that are reasonably priced.3 kids and one dad traveling across the USA and this was a great place to stop. The Piolt was awesome.. But the Dunkin Donuts inside there should be Dunkin Do not!! If youre in a hurry dont do it. The manager done nothing but complain the time, the girl that ran the register just stood there and the guy making the food acted like he didnt have a care in the world.. Anyway after 35 minutes I finally got my drink and it was all wrong. Took it any way I didnt wanna stand there any longer.. If not for the DD this place would have gotten 5 stars.

Parking is way too tight. I rolled through and could see that it would be impossible to pull out in the morning if it filled up. You’ll be fine if you drive a 36’ or 48’ but man this place needs a re-striping...

What a dump. Small lot paid parking in the back. Subway had no cookies only 2 types of bread. Dunkin’ Donuts didn’t have a large selection. This place just seems to be out of everything

They RIP you off for $15 per reserved parking half of which are in the last row and with no room to park unless the guy next to you is nice to drop his trailer and pull out your way. Dont buy unless you are in the spot, then do app reservation. Half of the parked trucks dont even bother to obtain tags from the desk or havent paid, and the manager wants you to go and argue with those guys to free your spot if no more available. Will cancel cc charge next time - not getting service I paid for.

It was the most nasty disgusting bathroom Ive ever went into there was two all over there was sanitary napkins hanging out of the womens bathrooms not one it was horrible absolutely horrible and the smell was horrible. Then another were and purchase some lottery tickets where one of the women who have long hair which identified to the manager who really didnt care was cussing like a sailor slamming cigarettes in the cigarette container using the f word it was so bad that I asked for Robert the manager Amber Roberts the manager didnt care that is one of the nastiest pilot stores Ive ever seen in the history of going into a light palette thats always know theyre going to have a clean restrooms and thats where we stopped to get gas but I wont be stopping there to get gas anymore not after that experience Im coming from Louisiana going to Michigan and they ought to be ashamed of their self.you had me to take a star but you had no snow area from me because I would not even right at 1 and Im in sales so I travel all the time it was horrible

Fueling and inside all good. They need to adjust the truck parking. Its a bumper buster, very tight parking. Going to bed and saying a prayer that I dont get hit.

Parking area is small and tight in the center and back rows. Especially late night when everyone creates parking spaces. Makes it hard for some drivers to leave. But, the staff is always friendly and helpful. I generally see the overnight staff, and they are great.

The gas price here is usually on the cheaper side in the area. They have nice bathrooms since its a truck stop. Also you can get some subway thats part of it. They get busy but seem to be well equipped for it.

Shower was great nice tiled design. Good water pressure and hot water.Parking is honestly tight having a truck with a hood of someone parked on both sides of me I would not be able to get out so perhaps a study on redesigning it could be done. It gets to be a mad house in here late with parkingVariety of food near. McDonalds, waffle house and dunking donuts.

Very nice place and the lady that waited on me clerk #1375 went over and beyond what she had to do. She was fabulous she needs a raise ahe sure does deserve it. Tge store was clean also but I just cant say enough about her. I wish I would have gotten her number

They are too lazy to put out any food at night so if youre driving for a living, trying to eat Id be safe and stop at a loves or TA. The they at least have food for people who work nights. Went to FOUR pilots and they had NOTHING available to eat. Disgraceful considering that their entire business is based on keeping truckers fed clean and fueled

Pilots refusal to fly the American flag or any US Military flags will get them no more stops or visits from my family. Our family loves and supports our country and military. Dont care that visitors from other countries may be uncomfortable, they chose to visit our great country.

I am a professional truck driver that LOVES pilot and flying J but this place here is horrible! I roll in at 11pm to get my reserved parking spot and i see reserved marked on the spaces by the fuel island but that isnt reserved. They tell me reserved is all the way in the back of the lot and it is at least 500 feet from the building. So i get to the row and it takes an act of God to get manuevered into my spot because the aisle is so narrow you cant easily back into a spot and luckily there were 2 spaces open so i could use both of them to get in. No way to do a 45,90, or even jackknife into a spot. 40 mins later i finally get parked! If I am paying 15 dollars for reserved I always thought you get the easiest and best spots closest to the building. I will NOT be coming back to this pilot. My advice is to move the reserved back to near the fuel islands.... Horrible.

This location sucks. It’s hard to get in and out of the fuel island. Parking is tighter than it should be. People are nice though. And the store was clean. Otherwise I would have given it 1 Star.

They have a lot of good merchandise here. The attached Subway & Dunkin Donuts is also nice. Although they do not have the French vanilla cappuccino coffee I regularly get from other gas stations. Only black and iced coffee with French vanilla flavoring you can add.

This place got small after construction. They need to bring back some old employees. Most these ladies are just plan rude. Place is losing its appeal. Do better guys you one of the largest companies in this great America

Ive been here so many times and every time its always a great experience. The coffee is great the food and drink displays are always stocked with great snacks and drinks. By far my favorite gas station.

I loved coming to this pilot Center. I and not a trucker but do travel a lot for my job. This place is probably 30 minutes from my home and whenever I go by, if time allows I will stop and get gas or something to munch on. They always have a ton of selection and drinks and food for the most part but drinks definitely. Its kept surprisingly clean and you really cant beat their gas prices most of the time.

This is a very busy truck stop, they have very good service and the cashiers are often very helpful, however like I said it is very busy and it seems sometimes they dont have enough cashiers for all of the customers that come through. Especially around rush hour there are a lot of truck drivers and regular drivers coming through and it just seems that they dont have enough cashiers there to help out. The line is always along during rush hour. They do the best they can not their fault its just a very popular and very busy truck stop. Very clean a very neat they have showers laundry all the essentials for the truckers and also a little restaurant.

Dirty snd apparently Mo Parking is just a suggestion. Access to pumps restricted by truck parked trucksCrazy.

Remodel did wonders for this place. Everything has its spot and has room to move. Even when busy. Showers and restrooms are clean. Def my stop every time. Thanks Pilot!

The customer service during the 3rd shift was terrible. The cashier acted like it was an inconvenience to help me because she had a male visitor that she had to stop talking to for a few minutes.

The card reader in the laundry is not working.Asked for quarters, they refused to change any, even though they know the card reader is not working!Recently I had several problems with non working washers and dryers in different locations.Obviously this is the new normal!

Usually Pilot stations are pretty seamed up, but I was not impressed with this one. Stopped in one evening for fuel and a bathroom break for my family while on the road, and we will not be back.From the very beginning when I opened the front door for my kids, my hand was greeted with a mysterious sticky substance. The bathroom door was no better, and I had to squat over the toilet for fear of the mess all over it. The womens restroom baby changing station was covered and smeared with raw feces, and the toilet was not much better.Despite pretty much losing my appetite, I was going to get some kids snacks until I saw the prices. The were ridiculously high, as with most Pilot stations because they are in the business of gouging truckers on the move. I decided it was best to just move on and get snacks across the street. This taught me that I should avoid the chain in general and stick with cleaner, less pricey options.

Unhappy to see employee at this Subway and some others not wearing mask/ not wearing properly. Subway employees constantly speaking to customer with questions about food, so at minimum they should have on a mask. Went over to Dunkin donuts, employee didnt have on mask either.

Got there Sunday afternoon. Plenty of parking but filled up fast. Subway and Dunkin. Waffle House and McDonald s next door. Bathroom could use attention.

Shower was good, Pilot employees at store counter were good. Subway way employees were openly talking about how they missed bullying and harassing their former co worker. Pretty sloppy sandwich too. There is 2 cents, take it or leave it.

This Pilot needs a Big Exit Sign to direct truckers how to get out of the place. Especially at night when truckers in their trucks sleeping and blocking the small exit sign.

This is a very busy establishment that has lots to offer. A couple of restaurants and sign as well as lots of snacks and foods and even some Electronics. I am very pleased to shop for the place like this. You will too.

Parking is always full. Reserve parking available but must get it early on the app. Showers are very good. Bathroom is no where near accommodating enough for 400+ drivers. 3 sinks. Dunkin Donuts only open during bankers hours which I dont understand. They should be open 24/7. Came in at 0400. Dunkin Donuts closed and no breakfast sandwiches. So what am I supposed to do for breakfast? This is the biggest truck stop in the Cincinnati area. Need to be more accommodating for truck drivers who work 24/7. Everything needs to be open all the time and everything needs to be prepared and ready to go for us 24/7 also.
