Took my laptop in for wireless issue. They were supposed to run a diagnostic on it and tell me what the issue was. Tech said it could be a virus. Since they could not diagnose my exact issue, decided not to use them. Went to get my laptop and stood at the service counter forever with no acknowledgement from staff. Then a staff member, Will, finally came over but was on the phone with another service tech working on another computer . No acknowledgement from him. Stood there for several more minutes waiting . Then another staff member came over, asked Will if he knew there was a customer waiting. WILL blew him off. And walked away. The last staff member did not apologize for the lack of service. Terrible..Will never use them.

Since the closing of Nashville and Brentwood Office Depots, the only Depot left to get something printed is in Cool Springs. Youd think with the other stores closing and all the business being forced to this location, theyd be able to hire more than ONE person in the print department. The place was a disaster and I was rudely told it would be 48 hours before she could even think of printing it for me. Poor lady, I dont blame her, theyre working her to death and she probably isnt getting paid very well. Perhaps its time to buy my own industrial printer. Thinking of opening a printing/copy place in Brentwood. lol

Awful store. Prices are WAY too high. Printers are slower than Christmas. Ill definitely be shopping at Staples from now on...

Today I placed a curbside order. Now, I want to emphasize that it was indeed a curbside order. Usually business chains have a dedicated parking area for such orders however since this locations parking lot is conveniently close to the entrance the email instructions indicate to simply choose a front parking spot and an associate will be out shortly. I chose my spot and waited. The lady walked out of the front doors and stood on the curb. We made direct eye contact for a good twenty seconds yet, there she stood. I finally pulled my car out and drove to her. I said hey, I’m sorry I’m pretty sure that’s my order but my email said to park so I parked where indicated. She then said yeaaa welll it’s a curbside order sooo this is the curb. To which I replied, yes, I’m aware this is the curb. The email instructed to select a parking spot. Again she quickly said well you ordered curbside and this is curb. Thank you Office Depot for giving me such a geographically dedicated team member.

The staff was more than willing to help find things, but you should not need them too. The store is well organized. The isles are very clearly marked with what is on each isle. The store was crowded but it was staffed to handle the volume. Plenty of registers were open so check out was quickly accomplished.

They didnt have the chair I wanted so they ordered one to come to my house. It was a very overpriced office chair but it was comfortable so we bought it. It came with a hole in it. When I called to find out the return options I was told I could pack it up and drag it - 100lbs - to the UPS store or back where I purchased it. So, I boxed it back up, even though it was not my fault it needed to be returned, and borrowed a vehicle to return it. They refunded my chair money but forgot to also refund the protection plan I also bought. Cant they process that over the phone so I dont have to drive 45-mins each way? NOPE! Even thought this was ALSO their error, I have to go back for that money too. Never again. Amazon only from now on

WOW! I stopped in on a whim to see if their printing department could help with some stuff we needed for our MedSpa and marketing supplies. Zack helped me and explained the pricing and how long it would take. The total was $10 when we were going through a third party that would charge us triple the price, shipping and take weeks to deliver. This guy saved our business so much money and I will be going here to get all of my prints done. Thank you Zack!

Kudos to the Office Depot team helping with a printer combo purchase. You folks had the only one available in middle Tennessee, held it for pick, and was courteous in helping load the printer into the car. The whole Miller Piano Specialists teams thanks you!

This store is great! They are helpful and I almost always find what i need here. Ms. Sara, the cashier at this location, is one of the nicest ladies I have ever met. I am always happy to see her smiling face when I come in. Thank you, Ms. Sara for brighting my day!

They are always very helpful. Thank you to the manager last year and the manager today for helping me get as many wide ruled comp books that he had in stock to provide to children at a school selected this year. Not only will they get comp books but also crayons, pencils, folders, glue, loose paper among other things thank you again i will definitely see you next year for my supplies. But of course I will come in the store before next year.

Sherry in the Print Department is the best and should run that place.But when shes not working I suggest you go to Staples.This place has horrible customer service.Entire staff with the exception of Sherry should be fired

Staff was quick to respond to my needs. Was in and out quickly with everything I needed. Great selection, good prices.

Dont bother with Kinkos, this is the place to go for bulk copying/reproduction/document projects. Quick in and out. Service is good on Saturday morning and theyve pulled my bacon out of the fire on a couple of occasions.

This is a pretty typical Office Depot. A great place to get miscellaneous office supplies, but not with a trip unless you are going there for a reason.

Every time I get refills for my Parker pen they dont last long or dry up in days. Old inventory. High prices.

Kind of upsetting. 30% off all backpacks and 50% on select. All the select were off on a side and some of the backpacks by the 50% were not included in the all backpack sale. Very misleading and shady. Definitely not shopping there again

Nice store but didnt have something simple I was looking for.

Its not bad. They directed me to the label makers and pointed at which one connected to a PC. They had a general knowledge of their products.

I always have good service at Office Depots and this one is no exception. A good job by all.

I carried my Laptop in for service and they put in a lot of work, but my old Hard Drive was dead before I carried it in, but they really tried hard to recover my info and I am happy that I found a place that would beyond the call of duty to try to help a customer. Its not every day you find this dedication.

I only go here for certain items I know no one else locally may have because I feel they are b higher prices and my rewards program is a joke. I get pennys on ink return. Customer service is some what ok. Most of the employees there act like I am bothering them when I ask for assistance. If I cant find something they just point to an isle. I know its on that isle I just cant find the item, that is why I ask for help.

It is a good office supply store bit the prices may be slightly higher than other stores.

Their selection of pens and refills is limited. I bought about $60 worth of parker refills and the dryed up within weeks. Must be very old stock. Prices are high for old refills

My fiance and I went to this office depot (on cool springs boulevard) about 7 months ago and she bought a lenovo laptop. Well about a month after that the hinge on the laptop started to break, as well as the plastic part surrounding it and also the screens back light was starting to go out.We called the service plan company and they told us that the plan we purchased did not cover plastic parts or hinge failures when the cashier had told us that our plan we paid about $80 for (on top of the $330 for the laptop) covered it. We kept calling the company for months trying to get them to listen to us but no matter what we said they said it was not covered.After months of putting up with that we went back to the office depot today to see if there was anything we could do. Although im sure my fiance looked like she was about to bite someones head off had they crossed her, EVERYONE was incrediably nice and understanding.After talking with Mindy, the store manager, she called the company and they seemed to give her the same run around they gave us, so she told us to bring the laptop in and she would exchange it for a new one of the same price range.We found a laptop we liked and the cashier (I believe his name was Washington) even made sure to get us a laptop in an unopened box so there was no way it could have been damaged or have been a floor model. My fiance and I just wanted to thank you so much for how well you two both treated us today, and know that for any office or computer needs we will be going to office depot of cool springs.
