I have been going to Olivia for my spray tan every week for some time now. She is the BEST in all of Franklin and Nashville in my opinion. My tan is always flawless - whether I want darker in the summer or a little lighter in the fall/winter, she always delivers. She’s professional, accommodating and so incredibly friendly. I have referred her in the past and will continue to do so! She is the best of the best!

Miranda is awesome! She is very knowledgeable about the products and she genuinely wants to help you find things to make you feel better about yourself. Also, if you cant make it in store for a promotion, shell take your order over the phone witch is SUPER helpful!!

I went to Olivia for a facial with dermaplane added and my skin has never been softer. I also go to her spray tans and I’ve never looked better, her tan is even, natural, and defines your best assets. Would highly recommend for facials, waxing, and spray tans!

Its conveniently nestled in Cool Springs so that you can stop in quickly no matter what the errands are that day. The store is bigger than youd expect and bright with nice displays. The staff have always been kind and beyond helpful to me.I go to see Liv, their in house esthetician, for facials, extractions, and a little eye-brow work as often as I can. Her room is really well done - clean and tidy but also intensely relaxing. Shes a delight, knows her stuff, and always has me looking and feeling sharper than when I first came in. She pointed me to their Jack Black products and Im still impressed.

Love this place and the friendly staff! Never going to other cosmetic stores again! They have suggested some great products and given me free samples of products to consider. That makes all the difference to me since I have sensitive skin. Keri Jones did a fantastic job on my brows. Also when I had to return a product they gave me store credit and made some great suggestions for my over 40 skincare regimine. Going back again and again! If you are not sure about the products to buy ask for samples based on your skin needs. They are generous samples. Wish I had gone in sooner!

My MAU wouldnt pick up for me or text back. I ran in The Cosmetic Market and a young lady name Taylor seemed happy to help me. She took care of me quick and showed me what I need to use at home without forcing me to buy everything. She was awesome!

Horrible customer service. Went in on a Saturday around 4:30. There were 4 employees. Three of them were chatting with each other, one was helping another customer. They saw me - made eye contact - but no greeting. Never asked if they could provide assistance. I could not find what I was looking for and it would have been nice had someone offered to help. Rather than impose on their socialization I opted to shop at another store in the area.

My friend gave me a candle from this store and when I went in to exchange it for a different scent the salesperson was so rude.

Went in not know much about make up and the girls working there were very helpful

Worst customer service Ive experienced in a long time. I learned the employees only cared about commission when I asked what the best mascara was to lengthen my eyelashes and the girl pointed me to the most expensive one... that wasnt even for lengthening. It was my first time in there and I definitely wont be coming back. Im definitely sticking to Sephora and Ulta Beauty.

I went in for a spray tan before a vacation and was so disappointed! I have had the same type elsewhere and assumed it would be comparable. I had them apply for a dark tan with the spray, which turned out to be to dark. The product started coming off the night of spraying, and really bad the next morning in the shower. It looked terrible so I was tried to scrub it off after that!
