Color, highlights, cut and style well color too dark what I asked for no highlights was done and haircut in back is not right shorter on one side now will have to have it all fixed after a hefty price tag of 147 I now will go to drugstore and fix my color and than go back to great clips to fix my bad haircut hubby is very upset but they offer to fix it at a price what charge me again no way never again

The staff is always helpful and they have a nice variety especially at Christmas.
