Terrible customer service! We ordered a ballast to replace the one we have. Put in that model number and ordered from the website. I received an email that the part is no longer available but there is one that replaces it. So I ordered two of them. They are in no way the same product. Totally different. When I asked about returning, I am subject to a 45% restocking fee!!! On top of paying return shipping! Not willing to compromise at all! I was told this is the direct replacement and it will work but it even has more wires than the old one and is a different size. So frustrating!

Good customer service and quick turnaround.

Looking for a flowmeter and had technical specification questions. Their website says to contact them for help, so I did. Person who replied said that he could give me a quote, but I need to know what part. When I asked if there was a tech person, I was told can get tech support after sale, but not before. So, not willing to help me find what I need. Poor customer service and a lost sale. Is that what you want?
