Went in for the first time for a quick breakfast bite. Was blown away by all of the items offered and the cute boutique in the front. The homemade PopTarts and scones are incredible! My only regret was not buying more items while I was there. We will be back ASAP!

WHAT AN AMAZING BAKERY!!I was able to place a delivery order to be delivered to the hospital over the phone. I was blown away by how sweet they were, taking their time, and insuring same day delivery. (This will bring the biggest smile to my grandmothers face as shes in the hospital during these hard times.) The customer service was outstanding, they even took down a sweet detailed note to be delivered with the goodies. They had so much patience and shared so much kindness, this level of service is just not common these days. I am so grateful for them and cannot recommend them enough!! Thank you!!

WHAT A WONDERFUL BAKERY!!! Yesterday I searched for a Bakery close to Brentwood, TN so that I could have a birthday cake delivered to a dear friend. I placed the order Thursday morning & asked if they could write Happy Birthday Bess on the cake or, if that was not possible to please include a handwritten note wishing her a Happy Birthday. Fast forward to today, the gorgeous cake was delivered (in less than 24hrs) and my girlfriend was so touched. Icing on the cake, the bakery not only wrote on her cake to personalize it they ALSO included my little note. These folks are the BEST! Not a great place to get supplies if you are a serious baker but fine for hobby bakers.

Cakes are beautifully done, shop is pristinely clean, and the staff is kind and knowledgeable. It’s nice to see a place and all of its employees take such pride in what they do. I go out of my way to get all my birthday and holiday pastries from this shop. Even after moving and being 45 mins away, I still make the trip!

Incredible deserts that are amazing designs or custom to your desires. Kids love decorating their own cakes! All ages love birthday parties done for you! Everything is so yummy! It is one of the cutest shops you could ever visit!

The staff actually does not wear masks, contrary to the info listed under Health and Safety. I went in today for the first time and was disappointed that not one staff member had a mask on or even in sight. Im hesitant to return, because in addition to no masks, food was being handled without any sort of gloves or other safety precautions. Its a small shop and the very first unmasked vendor that Ive come across in months. Not interested in putting myself or my family at risk or supporting a business that does not prioritize safety.

Went here for the excellent chocolate bombs. Super friendly staff. In addition to their cafe and bakery they have a lot of baking necessities.

Delicious, is the first word that comes to mind after trying out some of Sugar Drop Cafe and Dessert Boutiques cupcakes this morning. The staff was very friendly and the place is immaculate. If you are in either Brentwood or Franklin I suggest giving them a try. Ill be back.

I called from out of town to order a few cookie kits for a birthday. The customer service was excptional. The cookies arrived in a very timely fashion. The icing was so yummy, we had so much fun decorating and eating the icing any chance we got. Highly recommend. Brooke is a phenom when it comes to anything sweet.

Sugar Drop is the cutest store that has everything you could imagine to decorate cakes and cookies. The owner is the sweetest, and their cookies and cakes are so delicious! I have used Sugar Drop for work purposes (cutest cookies ever, and they can even put your logo on them) and for personal purposes (best Valentines Day cake EVER), and they always go above and beyond. I cannot wait to use them again for my next sugar fix!

Very disappointed. They do not carry the variety of cake and candy making supplies as they used to. No reason to go back.

A friend sent us a cookie making kit as a congrats gift for our new born baby. We had so much fun making the cookies. Plenty of frosting and sprinkles to spare!

Im a cake husband and Ive been going to Sugar Drop to pick-up supplies for my wife for years. Recently the store changed ownership. I had the pleasure to meet the new owner and they are just as committed to excellence and value as the previous owner; and the store looks better than ever.

These people are an embarrassment. They accepted an order, charged for an order, then - without even notifying me - decided not to fill the order. Her excuses were I didnt see it in time, we only post hours under our class calendar, were just a mom & pop business, etc. Basically, they take zero responsibility for their extraordinarily poor service. Stay away

Yes, the pastry side is more expensive than just ordering things online. But if you are like me and see things online you want to examine in person before buying or just have to have it NOW to play with, this place is great. Much friendlier than Sweet Wise in Nashville, since everytime we went there the employees seemed to want us to leave pronto, this place will actually chat with you and have a huge selection of premade gumpaste figurines and flowers that are usually less than a dollar if you need one. Their tip selection for icing decorations is HUGE and they have a helpful poster size tip guide to help you figure out what each of them do. They even have some of the discontinued Wilton Tips that you cannot find any more, like the Christmas tree and heart one!!
