I reached out to Mike after finding a part on his website that I thought might fit my cart (Yamaha G1 1981). Turns out they are difficult to find pieces for!! I ended up reaching out about the Cylinder rebuild kit and he was also EXTREMELY HELPFUL in answering my questions about the mixing of fuel and oil. He directed us the parts and tips/tricks needed to get our cart working again! It is hard to find customer service like this in the world we live in. Thank you a million times Mike for going the extra mile and being so willing to help!
Hey this is Dan I picked up those couple golf cart parts last Saturday. Just wanted to let you know Im back at camp and Im a happy customer. The potentiometer was the problem. Delivery and pickup in these hard times in less than a week. Great supplier. Thanks
Just looking for parts. Update.. My neighbor at camp bought a hub for his Yamaha golf cart here. Thing is, It looks like the dealer got it at Amazon, thats not a problem, the problem is, he charged him TWICE Amazons price, and ALSO Charged him shipping. (No shipping charge from Amazon) Do yourself a favor, Do get the part numbers from a dealer and then order them yourself. Neighbor could of saved alot!! 🤔 😢👎

We ordered eight parts from this supplier on 08/09/2017. We received an order confirmation the same day. Their website clearly states Normally, orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this cut-off will ship the next business day. The first shipment they sent us left on 08/10/2017 but only contained five of the eight parts. The second shipment they sent us did not leave until 08/11/2017 and only contained one part. We called the number listed on their site on 08/15/2017 to inquire about the other two parts that we were in dire need of and reached and answering service. Messages were left and our call was never returned. Four hours and many more calls later, we a reached customer service representative. Their website also says, Should your order be delayed, we will notify you via phone or email.. We were never called, nor did we receive any emails other than the order confirmation on 08/09/2017. The rep told us we should have been notified, that the parts had been on backorder and that they should ship out that day, 08/15/2017. However, the parts would be shipping from New York and Pennsylvania to Oklahoma so we were looking at yet another three days delay. I explained that one, the lack of communication from the supplier was unacceptable and two, the wait time was as well. I asked that the remaining parts be overnighted and was told they could not do that as it was too expensive. I let him know that in light of the way the entire transaction had been mishandled, the expense to them would actually be good business practice. The rep said he would get back to me later in the day to let me know how they would make up for the terrible way things had been handled. Instead, we received this meassage: We regret to inform you that on your order we are having difficulty getting items #6751-B25 Gasket Kit and #5747 Valve Guide from our supplier. I believe Mike talked to you today about they should ship, but after talking to our supplier I dont believe they will be getting outanytime soon. We dont want to hold you up so we have canceled the items and will be crediting your account.I am very sorry for the delays and not getting the last pieces of yourorder shipped out.Thank you kindlyBakers Cart SupplySo, not only were the repairs we needed to complete severely delayed, costing us time and money, we then had to order the items elsewhere and wait yet another delivery period, and didnt get so much as an apology from Baker Cart Supply. I would not recommend this supplier to anyone as they are unable to deliver parts in a timely manner, or at all.
