I absolutely love this Tractor Supply. I always get the best service from the staff members. I came in this weekend to purchase another safe. Preston, Andrew, Wyatt, and Megan were incredibly helpful. They did not have the specific model I wanted, but they took the time, without my request, to call around to all the other local Tractor Supply stores until they found a store that could confirm that they had it in stock. Their customer service was above and beyond. They continue to earn my repeated business. Because of associates like them, if I can buy it at Tractor Supply, that is where I go!

I was always in love with this place! My favorite one from all of them in middle Tennessee. All staff is always soooo friendly, helpful and smiling. Most city folks don’t even know what they are missing. It’s a treasure. That’s why I took soo many pictures from this store so those that never been here can see what everything one can find here. In the early spring you can also find here life chicks ducklings and goslings. So please, if you have never been in here or any other TC store and you are passing by, stop by and check it your self. Few years ago there was grill stand with great hot dogs in the front corner of parking lot on weekends. Not sure if it still on. Anyway, five stars is a must!!!

I love tractor supply, its such a fun store they have so many different things. There are all kinds of little country knick knacks they sell pet foods any kind of pet supplies. They sell some plants they have grills it is kind of like a Old country Time store that sells everything. you can also order online and have it delivered to the store with no delivery charge. They accept credit cards. I believe they offer curbside pickup at this time due to covid-19. Thank you

Theyre was a fella there Ive never seen before walking around greeting folks and helping them find items. That was really nice. Store seemed better stocked today than in past visits.

Yet another great tractor supply location, I frequent this location and the other one not too far in the grassland location. I can find anything I need in stock at one or the other.The employees are really amazing at both locations, helping everyone out, phone ringing off the hook, checking people out at the registers- juggling so much but always smiling and pleasant.

Came here for tornado cleanup supplies. Rubber boots in all sizes for really reasonable price. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly

Great store for normal, quick gets of some of the typical stuff I need. Great place if you have some land and livestock, need tires and supplies for lawn and garden equipment, great for birdseed and houses. All around worth anyones time to stop in.

Make sure you keep your receipt when you make our sizes. They will not exchange faulty equipment without it. This is not Home Depot where the customer comes first. Be aware.

This tractor supply is a small one compared to most, and Its tucked on a corner lot. The staff here is very friendly. They were able to get to all the customers on the sales floor, plus help many many customers that were calling in questions. Believe it or not you will probably find things you need but didnt know they had, here at this tractor supply.Like this review! 👍🏼🤙🏼

Come here relatively often. Great store with a decent selection of merchandise and decent prices. Good place for buying hardware by the pound. Returns are quick and easy, if need be. Staff are very friendly, pretty knowledgeable, and always willing to help you out, unless theyre helping out somebody else. I want to personally thank Todd. Run into him multiple times here as my cashier. Hes just such a nice, cheerful person who always seems willing and ready to help you out with something.

Today I came in for some syringes and ended up leaving with 5 baby chicks. Mark was super helpful during the whole process, since I am new to the chicken game, and made me feel somewhat confident when I left that I had things under control. He answered all of my questions and was very personable. Thanks Mark for all of your help!

Smaller than the store in Spring Hill, but well stocked and cozy. All the staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. Some older guys with tons of real experience work here.

Liars! they lied that the stuff I needed would be delivered today. It wasnt and I wasted half an hour driving. Then an associate told it is available at another location - I spent another hour driving to another town only to find out they dont have it. You cannot trust them.

I have two TSC near me, I end up at this one the most. The staff are great and some even remember me which does add to the feeling of community. My only complaint is that the aisles are a little tight which makes it hard to navigate with a loaded cart.

They would get a five star rating but their forklift driver committed an unsafe act while loading my truck today. This store needs to re-train their forklift operators on BASIC SAFETY. I hope their insurance company sees this.

Ive been to many Tractor Supply locations in a few states. All are similar. Good variety of items geared toward DIYers and farmers. Decent prices and some really good closeouts in the bargain bind. Chicks, in season as well. They host veterinary vaccination clinics frequently too. What Ive noticed about most locations is the staff are smiling and friendly! Nice touch.

I made a purchase and checked out. I went to leave and my vehicle would not start. I asked the cashier (Johnny Kollenbroich) for a jump start he came out himself and tried to help but alas I had a bad starter. Johnny (who I never met before) let me borrow his personal car to go get a new starter to fix my vehicle! This is the best customer service I have ever recieved! Talk about above and beyond. I tried to give him some money and he told me that if he accepted any money from a customer he could be reprimanded by his manager. Johnny IS a exceptional employee and is absolutely a valuable asset to his employer! THANK YOU VERY MUCH JOHNNY!

Practically every time I take a chance on going into TSC my worst expectations are realized. It is almost as if the store employees are actively trained to avoid any interaction with the customers. After years of bad experiences it takes desperation for me to attempt to shop any of the stores; I have to need something hard-to-get that I dont want to wait for Amazon to deliver.I tried again (I try to be optimistic that this time it will be different... - usually to no avail) today. Something I needed was supposed to be in stock. No one else had it available locally. Roll the dice and try the local TSC.Walked in and looked and looked for the product. No a single associate acknowledged my existence (the ones that were not hiding in the back). I finally gave up and went to the front and asked the cashier. He actually pointed me in the right direction, but there was none of what I was looking for on the shelf (inventory showed several hundred in stock). At this time one of the customer service desk people came up front to get some personal item. The cashier asked him to help me out. The guy actually looked at me - said nothing - and turned around and walked into the back of the store (into employee area).I just had to laugh. I asked the cashier if he (the other guy) was going to get what I needed (I knew he was not) or not. Nope, not a chance. I set all the rest of my planned purchases down and walked out. I will next day what I need from Amazon and still not spend as much as TSC was selling it for.This is pretty much the same experience every time I go in any of the stores. It amazes me that these stores can stay in business.

I live in Derry, NH but prefer the Tractor Supply in Hooksett, NH. Ann is the General Manager there and is so helpful and sweet! I went in the day before mothers day and wanted to get baby chicks. Derry was out, but told me to try the Hooksett store. Im so happy I did! I got 6 baby chicks and Ann took the time to walk me through the entire store and show me everything i needed for the chicks and how to take care of them. Ann was very motherly to the baby chicks which was amazing to watch. I knew nothing about chickens.. I love animals and we are looking to farm more on our property. The staff was so friendly in Hooksett and was very well stocked. It was very organized, tidy, and clean. I order most of everything on Amazon, however i enjoy just being able to go up to the Hooksett store to learn, and be able to see all the cool stuff i can get for my animals! The staff makes you feel so welcome and is so excited to see you, I dont even mind the extra drive to go to this Tractor supply instead of Derry. They never mind explaining everything to you and dont rush you. I cant wait to bring my kids to see the new baby ducks they are about to get in!! i really wish i could give the Hooksett location more than 5 stars!
