Bought a new vitamin that the store owner recommended. Upon taking it gave me hives. Tried to return and found out that they will not even do an exchange for a product you have issues with. Love supporting local and had bought hundreds of dollars of supplements a month from here, but when they won’t work with you when a product is not good for you, it makes it impossible to support. Be wary if you buy here.

This place is cool they have all the Keto Stuff you can think of delicious Chocolate cheesecake, some seasonings, and cool snacks. I my favorite Reese’s peices protein !!! It’s so good !

They are so knowledgeable with their products, they have a WIDE variety to choose from unlike some places, and if they are ever out of something, you can always special order it and they call you when it comes in!! Been going to GNC for years but a friend of mine told about Nutrition Faktory so I checked it out the selection of products and prices are unbeatable. GNC don’t even have half of the products Nutrition Faktory has. I’ve been going to Nutrition Faktory for about 3 months now and they will forever have my business.

Went in here yesterday (03/06/19) looking for a new pre workout. I want to thank Candace (I think that’s her name, at least that’s what was on the receipt) for helping me out narrowing down to what I like. And comparing other products I have used in the last. Very nice and friendly, knowledgeable. This place has sooooo many great options all around. And FINALLY I can find the Bangs (energy drink) that no one carries. Time to get banged up lol. But seriously thank you Nutrition faktory for opening at this location.
